    What could maybe be made to work is rigging thing so that there is some sort of Community Damage tax that can be offset by the amount of "Good Will" on the books of the company. So if a company gets caught doing X crime and the BOD and CxOs all go on record putting their Bonuses up for the Fine they get to use that to offset the amount of Community Damage tax. But if they don't step up its assumed that they are just going to use the next price hike to pay the fine (getting stuck with both the CDt and the lack of good will).

    Oh and thinking of the Corporate Capital Punishment thing and the "just use a random Homeless Guy as a stooge" problem You could use IRS data to "follow the Money" to the Guy(s) Behind The Curtain.

    the trick is if you have any talent at all you can in fact work (at home) and raise kids at the same time. If you want to get very old school look up proverbs 31:10-31 and then ask yourself IN THIS DAY AND AGE would not this translate to doing a good bit of work at home??

    If a company is convicted of Capital Crimes then all the CxOs and the board of Directors is blacklisted from being involved with a company AND IT SHOULD BE A FELONY FOR A COMPANY TO ATTEMPT A HIRE for the period of 10 years. I would say that the execs being PERSONALLY on the hook should work.

    and if the system was setup correctly then an ISO file on its rightclick (aka Properties) menu should have 3 options

    1 Mount the file as a LoopBack
    2 Extract contents
    3 Burn to physical disc

    i would think that most data files should have a small number of logical things that can be done with them and those should be in the right click menu.

    needs to result in the bill being killed.

    Linking to %BadContent% should not be a crime per say (unless thats a majority of what you do). And Blunt killing of a server (or server farm) should not even be considered.

    Also there should be a short waiting period (to send a takedown REQUEST to the site owner) before a whole server gets nuked.

    The last thing that should be in any law is if it is found that the complainant acted "In Bad Faith" then he should receive 7/8ths of the punishment that was involved (and be open to CIVIL remedies).

    The tracker evidence might be legal but also if the person found the tracker and then sticking it in a package with a note to send back out to a random location and giving it to a currior service (or just fedexing it to HELL GA) would also be most likely be "legal".

    How many targets of this would be dumb enough to not do a good search of the car after a LEO (or other untrusted person) had been in said car??

    A LEO could also hide a few dime bags of %Product% in the car while he was "searching" it so the next LEO would find something.

    1 keyword bomb search engines so that your copy gets ranked higher than the "original source" (there is a reason i have Wiki.ENG as a search engine in FF)

    2 not even credit Wikipedia for the info (or whats actually Right linkback to the Wiki article in question)

    1 You should limit "sidebars" to one left and one right AND THESE SHOULD BE LESS THAN 15% OF THE PAGE COMBINED
    2 if your webpages have more than 3 videos AND ANY OF THEM ARE SET TO AUTOPLAY then you need to cut them down
    (and that includes the actual "article" video)
    3 if your page content is divided into 3X5 card sized chunks just to make more pages YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG
    4 if your pages are more than 20% ads or links to the rest of your site YOU ARE DOING IT WRONG (best layout is a bar with major sections ad then the CURRENT SECTIONs subheadings as a second bar)
    5 you do not need to have the entire block of every "social" network more than once per section

    and lastly the "below the fold rule" if you do not have the actual page content visible in at least the bottom 3/8 of the top screen
    [font style = bold red blinking and bleeding] YOU ARE DOING IT VERY VERY VERY WRONG [/font style]

    and a hint for you tune for 1024 wide screen since that gets you both the "mobile" and netbook segments (but have your style setup to allow for wider screens)

    the big problem with DNA = Source code for person = Absolute Gospel on That Person is one of those simple/complex things

    Even if you have source code delivered as a set of QRcodes engraved on Gold tablets by Angels you still need to worry about

    1 the developers "stack"
    2 the System it is run on
    3 what other programs are running on The System
    4 versions of various system libs installed
    5 Power and other Environmental concerns

    Hitlers Own Superman would still drop dead at 13 if he was not fed correctly and given a decent home (and would croak at 17 given a stress filled job)

    But i would bet that insurance companies will drop/ not carry a person because their gen profile shows they are 0.0005% more likely to get %condition% if they can get ahold of the info.

    The problem is The Internet is rapidly becoming the best way to get The Word out.

    i can see in our lifetimes as different government services go online it becoming almost impossible to do anything of real value without being online somehow.

    we are even now seeing places that have job applications only online and some jobs also require you to already have a phone with text messaging.

    wanna be forced offline (because you have been blackballed due to being a dirty thieving pirate) in a world where business offices either 1 have 5 hour lines just to see anybody 2 are only open Mon-Wed from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (with a semi random 45 minute Lunch) 3 some combo of both

    what they should do is have some of the courses "traded" with the Performing Arts School

    I would think that having to program Lights and other FX for a Dance Team would be a good way to learn how to do Real Time stuff.
    (plus i would bet that geeks would be happy to have an excuse to hang around the Performing Hall)

    I would think that preschool- 2nd grade should be focused on learning how to learn then 3rd-7th should be getting the basics down 8th and 9th we deal with the non-core stuff and then 10th-12th we start with this kind of Focused Learning.

    (btw i would have Businesses and the Military do some "shopping" late in the 9th grade to get kids going to Jobs that they can be great at)
