    1 esp for those that have "classic"/D1 style selected DO NOT ADD TEST STUFF (D1 was selected for a reason)
    2 have a -5 (oblivion) rating where you have to have N!^2 mod downs to reach it (you have to be down modded from 0 55 times to reach -5(oblivion)) then if you draw a posting with that rating 1 your ip is banned for 24 hours 2 after your ban you are limited to posting once a day (with an ip block check)
    3 add a function to mod POSTERS/Editors (they get blocked for a week if they reach -1 moderation)

    On my part of "those documentaries are partly fictional" I was in basic training at Fort LeonardWood Missouri and did most of AIT (for 31-C*) at Fort Gordon Georgia. I saw nothing to show that there was any kind of standard practice of a DI trying to get the recruits to actually hate him/her enough to plot against him/her and in fact saw nothing but a group of professionals**.

    As far as Documentaries being heavy on fiction or showing a single event that is just common sense (especially if this is a Hollywood movie and not some History Channel miniseries).

    * this was called RadioTelegraph at the time the same MOS is now a different code due to this being about a decade ago

    ** there may be a few Physcos wearing a Smokey Bear Cover but they at not a majority

    Mostly getting an easy joke in but my point does stand that most documentaries are 1 heavy on fiction 2 meant to show a specific event.

    besides there is know real way to for a DI to get a platoon/company of recruits to plot against him without causing "splash damage" on the part of the other DIs in the training.

    there is a reason that a Night of the Long Knifes type of thing is done at a District Level and not at a Store Level

    most of the time if you have to fire more than say Half of your employees then YOU AS A BOSS are a spacial anomaly known for high Gravity (aka an African American Aperture).

    You do know that Hollywood mostly makes FICTION right??
    also im certain from my time in Fort Lost In The Woods Misery and Signal Center that any DI that wanted to make recruits actually plot against him would find himself thrown under a very literal BUS. A Great DI will drop a recruit for pushups OVER THE PHONE and know that said recruit was actually doing them (one handed even).

    have things set so that REASONABLE EFFORTS are required. Now the lawyers can sort out the meaning of the term but if you have done everything possible (input checking and not using known unsafe code ect) then you should be safe from being sued.

    Also if something is later found to be "unsafe" then the required patch/update should be given out free to existing customers (no fair bundling an error fix with a program feature update just to be able to sell the update). Now yes this should have a reasonable limit (you should not have to provide patches for an 12 year old program just because you have customers that have yet to upgrade to a current version) but trying to force updating just to get a bug fix should be forbidden.

    and the response was for home-schoolers to link up with a school to get access to a formal curriculum (which most of the good home schoolers already had done).

    Some version of Home Schooling is legal in all 50 states of the US http://www.hslda.org/laws/

    Even Attempting to make Home Schooling illegal is a great way for a Critter to get a phone call from Mr Smith
    http://www.hslda.org/about/staff/attorneys/Smith.asp. If you as a Critter make a serious effort then Mr Smith will be at your office NEXT DAY to explain to you why in no uncertain terms why this is a Bad Idea.

    i think above TS you get into "special access" things where there is an actual list of who has a copy of the data (with sometimes even the NAME of the project can get you SHOT).

    I Do Not Currently Hold Top Secret Clearance (but do have dogtags).

    and if signal blocking is that much of a problem you have a Auto-Redaction Circuit with its own battery that redacts the phone (thermite charge or similar)) if it loses signal for more than 5 minutes and is not tethered to an authorized repair terminal.

    The law is saying that Torrent , HyperCast, Tor and whatever CAN NOT BE BLOCKED at the service level

    The Way ISPs want things decided
    Any service not specifically stated to be unblockable (streaming media and VOIP) can and should be blocked if it causes the TOP TEN PERCENT USERS to increase or stay the same in useage.

    I would like to see an actual real world Law Firm setup shop in SL (must purchase a full sim). SL has all the fun of a WORLDWIDE location so it would have to be a MoFo level Firm but hey i think they would be the ONLY firm in SL.

    no since your common "necko" if she was real would have what would be considered "feline" attributes and a werewolf would have what would be considered "canine" attributes.

    certain things are considered simian but not Human attributes (tails and prominent brow ridges are examples)

    I think part of the problem is that the numbers said that an earthquake was "probable" and "may cause severe damage" but management decided to override the numbers and have the report written stating that an earthquake was "unlikely" and "could cause some damage".

    The models gave a range of possible outcomes and management had them write in the report the better/best case not the worst case (which actually happened).

    BTW the cartels started out with COFFEE and have just gone on from there.

    in a similar vein if somebody says that somebody died of "lead poisoning" the response will most likely include a question of what caliber said lead was.

    but kinetic repercussions most likely involve various blunt instruments (bats, crowbars , 2 by 4s ect) or various motor vehicles.
