BTW, a search for "SearchKing" at search king doesnt bring up their page first!

Is there a legal way for a company to do this?

    1) Make sure only one person is listening to a CD at a time.
    2) Make sure 1 Copy of each CD is on site at a time.
    3) Ensure the employees can only listen. No CD writers.. Cant Email MP3's etc..

Or, What if the company pays Public performace fees like nightclubs, bars, or even grocery stores? Those fees are high, but no where near a million dollars, and may be a reasonable fee for some companies.

PPV on digital cable is 3.95.. Which I think is cheaper than Blockbuster.

Set the Tivo to record it, and TVO automaticall knows its PPV, marks it as Don't delete till I tell it to..

Then I can watch the PPV movie any time I want to.. (never real time, they only start every 30 minutes).

If I like the movie? Then I archive it to tape in the middle of the night..

Using this 270 Deg technology, and 3d Photo Software (like Photo 3d, Image 3d, and others) they could be building a database of 3 dimentional players. They mention the can remove a player from the scene, heck they could add a player from this 3d database just as easly. What happens when the broadcaster and the sports team are owned by the same company? Ever watched the Braves on TBS? If they can add/remove players, can they add/remove footbals? Baseballs? Sidlines? Foul Poles? "Ted says make that look like a home run, it wont change the game, but it will sure help ratings" "Ted says remove rocker from the lockerroom video, he's about to say something stupid again."
