This is a good suggestion, but if you're going to watch TV with the CCs on make sure that you watch shows where the CCs match up with the speech. Some CCs are just different enough from the spoken words to throw you off and others are poorly timed to the point that they're disorienting.
If you have a DVD player I would recommend renting movies with good captions and playing those.
Maybe Daewoo could put out a cheapass helicopter if they had enough volume, but you're still wrong in principle:
Helicopters are more complex, require parts built to higher specifications, and are far more complex to control than cars. They also use a lot more fuel than a car, because it takes much more energy to fly/hover-push something than it takes to roll it. They're also far larger and far noiser than a car.
We use cars for good reason, not just because they're cheap.
Apache2's Windows distrobution is the easiest webserver I've ever configured. Installing it is a total breeze; it uses a standard MSI package and is very polished. Configuring it is just like configuring any other Apache installation; you have to edit the.conf file but it's full of documentation and I was able to teach myself quite a bit just by reading the comments in that file and Googling where necessary.
If they ever found out (and they would) they would nuke the offending supplier into the stone age (and probably absorb them while they're at it). Suppliers know enough not to play with the 8,000lb gorilla that is Wal-Mart.
That's silly. The 'SPECIMEN' text isn't a part of the image file but is instead overlayed in the PDF. Extracting the image would yeild the unadultered bill.
Even better that you can't do that with the new five and ten-dollar bills as the hologram is transluscent and superimposed over the middle of the bill.
If you don't always buy the latest desktop replacement from Dell or whoever. My Toshiba Satellite Pro 4330, while getting a little long in the tooth nowadays (playing DivX movies and whatnot; I bought it in early 2001) doesn't break the 'quite warm' barrier and is comfortable for several hours of continued use, even when doing CPU-heavy things.
So remember, not everyone's trying to shove a desktop into a laptop and burning your legs off because of it.
Considering that a current metal car door can be dented by a slow-moving baseball, no. The impact of a crash is absorbed by the frame, not the metal panelling.

Actually, it's somewhat clear when this movie was set, because those little wristwatch-style blood sugar/heartrate/blood pressure/whatever meters have only been around for a short time, IIRC. And the cell phone Foster had looked fairly new.

What about interpreted languages, then? Is a virus written in Perl or PHP a 'weapon' on its own, or only if it's paired with an interpreter?

Or cx_Freeze, it's easier to use and can make binaries on Windows and Linux.
You only have to connect once to authenicate/activate. After that, you can play sans internet connection all you want.
