The dirt that you run your fingers through does cause a lot of small scratches. I know someone who use to do car detail work and that was one of the common problems people had.
I'm a member of orkut and trust me, its definately beta. Hardly anything on the site works the first time you use it, it goes down constantly, and I think the interface could use a ton of polish.
So instead of having her father's name attached to a hugely successful web search engine she'd rather have it attached to some lawsuit that is going to make her family look like a bunch of assholes once the media gets wind of it.

They ported the actual game to OSX a long time ago. They posted screenshots of the installer because thats what they released.
