Thanks for pointing that out. I was wondering why it said he developed a blood flow issue from the pepper despite not finding any such issues. Before I saw your post I was going to ask about that and question why they used a CT scan when it seems like the sort of thing you'd want to use an MRI (or fMRI) for.
"The more you tighten your grip, Tarkin, the more star systems will slip through your fingers."
But why tighten your grip if you aren't already afraid you're losing it? I think the Party sees the writing on the wall. The development they're pushing contains the seeds of their demise.
It's one thing for Facebook to do it - it's their model and was never a secret that it was how they could provide service for "free" - but ISPs are a subscription service. You pay a monthly fee for service! If I'm paying for a service, there's no excuse for harvesting and selling my data on top of that.
They are more than welcome to provide a cheaper or free tier of service supported by data harvesting if they want. Given that my bill seems to go up every year, I reject the potential assertion that they could currently be harvesting to provide service at a lower price.
If I sell you a comic signed with what I tell you is Stan Lee's stolen blood, how exactly would you verify provenance? You can't. He isn't going to give you a DNA sample to test against. But I will also sell you a skin scraping to test against for a nominal fee. I guarantee that the samples will match.
I enjoyed the way you put that, but vegans don't eat anything from animals because they are against animals coming to harm. Not because they don't like eating meat. That's why they're so much more annoying than vanilla vegetarians.
Veganism isn't about not eating meat, it's about not harming animals. That's why they don't consume animal products. Humans are technically animals, no?
Stealing cash is generally less complex than stealing electronic funds, yes, but only to a point. From a purely financial perspective, I'd rather be physically robbed than electronically. A mugger can only get what cash you have on your person. A hacker or identity thief can get everything you have and more.
So? If it isn't an emergency (which would result in the kid going to the office anyhow), the communication must not occur. Parents don't get to interrupt class time all willy nilly and distract kids unnecessarily. If it's an emergency, call the office. They can do more than just inform, they can have support people handy, they can filter a parent's panic so as not to make things worse, they can provide information to the parent, and make sure it's actually a parent that the kid is communicating with. They are the firewall that insulates the students while in class.
I'm old enough to remember beepers, and how those were banned in class not just for being disruptive, but because they were being used to facilitate drug deals. Schools are controlled environments and they need to stay that way.
That's a major advantage. The only way cash can break is for the government backing it to fail completely. Electronic funds have many more points of failure, plus somebody is quietly taking a cut of every transaction.
Well, it's pretty easy to check that assumption. Did Trump express concerns about Amazon "well before the election", and thus before the Post was writing "true but unflattering things" about him?
The tweet was likely prompted by an Axios story on Wednesday that claimed Trump was weighing "going after" Amazon over alleged antitrust activities or violations of competition laws.
A tweet from Trump about Amazon was prompted by a story about Trump thinking about Amazon? That doesn't follow at all. Axios figured out he might say something, and when he did it's being attributed to Axios? Does it not make more sense that Trump was going to say something regardless and Axios just figured it out beforehand?

How many thousands of hours I have in games like Fallout 4 without getting "you beat the game!" achievements?

Considering all the controls and export bans, I'm a bit surprised. Especially with Iran. I didn't think they were allowed to buy such devices.
They are! The author is talking about insider builds not being perfect. Well, duh.

Did you just suggest that what she did was justifiable?

Ah. A shell game.
There's nothing like the hypocrisy of madness.
I wonder if it would help to just tell parents flat out that they are advocating less education in exchange for a trivial boost to convenience.

Unladen, European.
a BMW 320i, Mercedez Benz E300, or a Chrysler 300C? It ain't just processors.

Is that post hoc ergo propter hoc?
is how the new Mayor's name is a command. "Keisha, lance bottoms." She should have been a nurse.
I have offices on Peachtree Road and Street. It's the same damn road!
So whoever released their tools gets a pass?
