There's nothing there! Just load balancing and some early attempt at DNSSEC. If they have a case against anyone (not that the patents are really valid), it's Microsoft for Active Directory - secure internal DNS with a portal to the internet. Except of course that those two patents specify the use of non-standard TLD's.
And somehow I doubt that facetime uses server names like facetime.apple.scom. Case should have been tossed on those grounds alone.
To think that you can create what is essentially a tiny star, and then keep it in a bottle chilled to 100K (it's wrapped around a sun!!) is, by itself, astounding. That you can get three times more energy out of it than you put in is just icing on the cake of awesomnitude.
That is... so cool. I thought it was essentially too late for alterations to an adult's DNA to have much effect, but I suppose that depends on what you're changing.
OH! Good catch... Maybe he should have used Acrobat 11 instead of DC? Install windows in a VM or dual boot? Or he could have tried the easier route of asking a friend with Windows or a Mac to borrow it for an hour, using one at the office, or library... Convenient? Not really. But dealing with incompatible binaries never is.
Wow... Oh, wait a sec. Didn't we already know that melting/burning plastic releases toxic fumes? Did people think that wouldn't be the case if a computer was involved?
Given the goal set by the first clause, the "necessary and proper" clause can be seen as justification for other steps intended to facilitate that goal.
If there's none, you just live with the fact that you need to get your hands on a different computer. Or maybe Wine will do the trick. If you use linux on your primary computer, dealing with compatibility issues is going to become a familiar ordeal.
Open or not, PDF is the standard for portable documents. Has been for so long, the cost of establishing and implementing another format is prohibitively high. Also, there are alternatives to Acrobat/Reader.
they should be fine. People will still own cars, and they'll still be so expensive that you'll need to insure them against loss. The risk involved will drop sharply, as will premiums, but the companies should remain profitable as payouts will likewise fall.
And isn't that why Apple keeps so much money offshore already? Moreover, if Apple is already willing to keep large chunks of profit in offshore subsidiaries, what's to stop them from inverting and avoiding Trump's penalty by not being an American company at all?
Well put. I think it's important to add that North Korea doesn't actually have a working nuke. Like their last test, this one fizzled. They haven't solved the lensing issue yet.

For free? Never. Like every other enterprise edition, getting the new version requires new licenses.
If you approach the arbitrary/BS monthly cap, you get an automated message. Good job turning that around on them.

Don't worry, manufacturers of walking sticks will do fine - there are still plenty of other ways to go blind.

As in Sci-Fi author Daniel Keys Moran and his sister? That's hardly an insult, "The Long Run" is one of my favorite books!

What about the power "To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts"?
Not that he could be/have been a real Hitler. Alois' sons saw to that.

I think death-proofing is pretty darn special. Does your RV make you immortal?
I don't think legal changes will be necessary. The owner of the car will still need to insure it, but against loss if not so much against liability.

Already having a girlfriend, and she's pissed off about it.
On the beach? You mean outside the death-proofed vehicle? Where the Reaper can just sneak right up on you? No thanks!
Has to be an RV. If I get out to take a shower, that gives death an easy target.
Because if I'm going to live forever, I want a bathroom, kitchen and real bed.
You say that like hating hipsters is wrong.

And at a time when doing well in school peaks in importance. Forget IQ, what's the effect on going to college?
