HTTP is now a method of delivering remote procedure calls and responses between browser side javascript applications and application servers. It's obvious that the performance of such applications is dependent on the latency between the client and server.
Can Amazon EC2 deliver me 15ms network latency between my application and my customers?

I could see the point if the software could pick out quality from the shit, but it can't.
Now, add some bayesian filtering on actors, director, producer, show description, category and you may have something useful.
