When you can match that quality then it's something of a luxury to feedback a real time image but at least it is just as good.

  3. Yeah that's pretty neat, now let's make it optionally reflective so it can double as a mirror (women will kill for this) & smooth enough so skin oils don't smudge.

Most studies end up concluding what researchers want them to conclude. If they don't, it just makes them look bad so they don't publish.

Short story; historically we are only becoming more social and more peaceful. I suppose the only differences being that we have more media coverage and are more capable, technologically, of mass destruction.

What is it that we are trying to prove with these studies anyways? -I learned about atrocities in the bible long before I knew about video games.

Here's a real suggestion; I recently traveled with a Chinese airline and they had the unoriginal but highly effective idea of staggering passenger on-boarding.

It does not get much simpler to speed things up, fill the back of the plane first by batches.

It's amazing how 230 people can board in 15 minutes with luggage if 200 don't have to wait for one person blocking the rather narrow path.

Seriously how simple and efficient can it get to defeat long standing queues? 'passenger seat numbers 41 - 50 now boarding', then 30 - 40 etc. is this some form of misunderstood genius?!

Suggestion 2; make a security queue for people without handbags. this will cause more people to not bother with one just so they can get through faster.

If BA want to hire me as a consultant I'll save them loads of money, they can pay me half the difference. -brought to you by basic copycat logic.

When it comes to anxiety it's fear that keeps people away. They refuse to face the source of their anxiety. One technique to overcome anxiety/fear is to flood -"flooding"

The idea is that anxiety cannot build indefinitely. It peaks and then subsides. So flooding puts you in anxiety inducing situations in increasing intensity. Let's put it this way, it's not for everyone.

Imaging helps people stay in relatively controlled environments to face their fears or source of anxiety in isolation. It like taking baby steps. So much easier to handle.

Something tells me that viewing some stressful images from your favorite tablet on a coach at home with a cup of tea is the way most people will choose to combat their social anxiety. that is rather than the flooding alternative that would just put you in direct contact with your source of anxiety.

I used to have pornography anxiety and from the comfort of my coach I slowly started to get over it. These days I can watch thousands of stressful images or even videos without a single panic attack. I'm cured. True story.

There are objective methods of assessment but people are biased. the bad news is that you are already biased and cannot judge objectively anymore.

It boils down to this; if you know how to do something that is better for the business than person X you should propose it and see what the feedback is. You would be more valuable to the company and appreciated by your peers if you suggest how to fix problems over pointing fingers, right or wrong.

Here's a thought, perhaps this person is under constraints or pressures that you are not aware of and is actually making the best of a terrible situation? -why is that not as feasible as your above opinion?

You're both wrong. A bit of common sense here; you need to consider the media to which this data is written. It's too much data for RAM on a phone, and if you stream video it will possibly be a hundred times too fast. So you cannot write to RAM and discard anything over your total free amount... So you're still limited by roughly 30MB/sec of your high quality nand flash phone storage. So...your 5G, 1Gbps download (125MB/sec theoretical) would slow down to 30MBps (IF you're lucky) and you would saturate your 10GB allowance (if you have the space) in just over 5:40 minutes. Now...factor in real life and you'll realise that it's "up to 1Gbps" and only in certain areas, in good weather, when you're not death gripping your phone. So as I said, you're both wrong.

When you say "Xbox" everyone is acutely aware of only one possible meaning. If anyone else uses "Xbox" you can sue them.
