And whatever said bully says is taken as truth unless there is concrete evidence against it, and even then it's a tie. If the police don't want to wear cameras then their testimony shouldn't be allowed.

Such great arguments about this... Cell phones just plain killed this one furnace, which is kind of a big deal when you've got a bunch of wafers in it. Huge signs in the grey room saying "NO CELL PHONES"... ahhh... but everyone's cell phone was special! My cell phone would never do that, it's a good boy!!! Surely that sign was for some other phone.

I live in AZ and would like to see some statistics for crime since we went open carry. It could be skewed because of the economy a bit, but it'd be nice to see. I remember when it started the only major argument against it was from the police, they were mad that they couldn't arrest people for carrying a gun anymore.

Even if you don't believe that the government will use these backdoors for evil, what's to stop anyone else? The more backdoors and surveillance they build into the system the more likely it is that someone one will find and exploit them. Plus, there's a lot of money in information. I don't think it would take too much convincing to get someone with access to go rogue and start feeding corporate/tech info to the highest bidder.

I had a tube preamp in an otherwise digital system and I loved it. I have this ancient regular radio/receiver, you don't even need to hook up speakers. You can just crank it up and listen to the electronics; it also makes a wonderful space heater.

If you are cutting vinyl you are either an audiophile or a dumbass at this point. It's not fair to compare a format that (should) mainly consist of people that really care about 'sound' to a format that is largely used just to get the song out. In the article he's comparing professional quality vinyl to radio compressed garbage. How about compare the best vinyl tracks to the best digital ones and see who comes out on top instead of comparing apples and oranges?

Hey, these numbers don't add up- just stick in another variable. Is it more likely that there is a magic unobservable substance that makes our models correct or that our models need tuning?
