    Though it is very hard to say what went on behind the scenes ... because if the guy is a photographer it might be likely he threatened her with releasing the stuff or some similar bullshit (because lets be serious, what normal person really sues ex-partners for deleting all old photos?)

    the article clearly states its all about distribution of these photos, which is a totally different thing and aims exactly at preventing revenge-porn-sites and similar crap. Of course you can keep smutty stuff if you dont release it and/or show it to others (though I think its your job to prove you didnt)

    not really, because there you have a contract which is (usually) not the case in a relationship when you send yourself smutty stuff ;)

    but making a dictionary of 2^x words might be a good idea and then use a binary way to traverse it (eg. word in left part/right part -> remove half -> repeat until 1 word is left). Actually there might be "better" way of doing this (eg. huffman-encoding so you get less decisions for often used words), but I think that will get a little complicated for selection.

    Also maybe there is a possibility to get input data somewhere else. I know of research where people did left/right decisions iirc by thinking of a color and the brainwaves were picked up.

    ack, we also have systems like that in vienna, but since our annual ticket is so cheap (365 euros) not many people use them (also they are illegal, but who really cares if you set something up in your friends circle).
    Jeah, you save half the money maybe, but m2c its not worth all the extra hastle. Also you can use the city ticket if you travel by train -> free until you reach city boundaries -> in my case thats ~1.2€ less (per direction) if I travel to my parents in the countryside.

    that depends on your definition of fitness (for a situation) ... usually that involves an optimization of both the inputs (food, ...) and results (speed, agility, camouflage, sensory, ...), so "good enough" might very well be "fittest for the situation" because you found a local maximum.
