    I hope the rovers are able to keep sending pictures for a long time. It would be interesting to see if any components on the rovers break down in ways similar to how they would if eaten.

    Yes, we may not know how exactly humidity affects clouds. But that doesn't mean anything more than that it is currently (and possible evenm for a long time) too big a problem for our computers. It does not mean there's something about the fundamental equations we don't know (those things we don't know yet about the fundamental equations are simply irrelevant to our climate).

    Eh? In the climate field there are many unknowns in the science. Things which we can't describe to the computers because nobody knows what happens. However, not "anything could happen" -- the climate will do whatever it will whether we can predict it or not...and we can't yet. Did you look through some unknown and undefined issues?

    It's easier than that to find examples of things we don't know about the Universe. Go to the IPCC web site (the UN climate science group), look at their online documents for the Third Assessment Report, Working Group 1, and browse for the many things which are "unknown" or "uncertain".

    The chip can only be detected at a distance of a few meters. It would help you in getting rescued only if the rescuers are waving a detector over everyone in the room.

    I don't know about everyone else, but I only watch the news on television because of the hot anchor eye candy.

    You do have a point.
    The "highlights" depend upon what a person considers to be of interest.
    Do we get only the parts of the news which are done by a particular reporter or anchor person?
    Do the highlights of a car race include the first turn, pit stops, strategy development, crashes, last lap... or not? (Indy 500: 312 laps of green light racing by car 27)
    "The Terminator" highlight options, choose one: Catch phrases. Explosions. Puzzled looks. Threatening poses. Backgrounds. Doors.

    Gee, that's a Michael Moore movie that I might watch. I wonder what he dug up on these inflatable space hotels.

    It should be interesting to see who he'll catch on film not responding to odd questions. Or at least whose answers he edits out.

    Has anyone heard of problems with these space hotels? Is the service good? How are the restaurants? Is the pool heated?

    From the rest of the article it is apparent he is a beginner at case mods. So by the time we read about how much he likes the case window for viewing we understand why he doesn't have a webcam inside his case.
