Let me educate you:) The USSR consisted of 15 republic states. According to the constitution of the USSR each republic state had a right to secede from the USSR. These republic states were: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirghistan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...
As you can see there were no Chechnya among them. Chechnya was a part of the Russian republic state. In the end of 1991, all 15 republic states seceded from the USSR and became 15 independent states. The USSR ceased to exist. And because Chechnya was part of the Russian republic state within the USSR, it became a part of the current Russian Federation.
It was Ukrainian cybercriminals who wanted to make money but failed to do that because their email was blocked: http://www.news.com.au/technol... The reason Ukraine was the epicenter of the attack was because the criminals was from Ukraine and therefore had better access to Ukrainian targets or knew them better
They can translate it once, then reuse the result.
How is it different than compiling from other languages or bytecodes?
You take the program written in the language that is not understood by the processor and translate it to the language that is understood by the processor.
(Of course I understand that not all software can be translated like that)
People have an instinct. The instinct that makes them to imitate those who have the highest status. As soon as a new "top dog" appears in the world people will start learning its language. It's inevitable. And the media will start "bootstrapping" that new language. Also, the complexity doesn't matter.
It's one of the reasons of course, not the only one
English was not as dominant as it is today 100 years ago when the British empire was still in power. The current status of English is because of the US. Of course I don't deny that British Empire had its role.
Language complexity has nothing to do with its dominance. If say Chinese or Russians become dominant in business, military, science, I can assure, you everybody will start learning Chinese or Russian
You are such an obvious Ukrainian doing his job. Ukrainian forces are not 20km from Donetsk. They are on its very edge. And don't tell me Ukrainians use only AK-rifles. They use artillery as well mortars. During the war they were shelling separatists who were in the cities among civilians. You are constantly calling separatists "Russians". They are not Russians, they are Ukrainian citizens.
" until everyone realized". This is a good example of Argumentum ad populum or "appeal to the majority" - a fallacious argument

When was it? in 18th century?
I thought you were talking about post-soviet Russia
"of having"=" or having"
One being able of having a motive to do something doesn't mean he did that. Not to mention there are several possible motives.
Chechnya was not a separate country from Russia even after the Soviet Union broke up. It was and is within the Russian borders.

Are there only 2 countries in the world? Russia and America?

No, at least in the 18th century and in the first half of 19th century, French was more important than English
English was not as dominant as it is today 100 years ago when the British empire was still in power. The current status of English is because of the US. Of course I don't deny that British Empire had its role.
They can chose language that has the smallest number of speakers in EU.
Actually Chinese grammar is simple. It has complex writing system and pronunciation.
Language complexity has nothing to do with its dominance. If say Chinese or Russians become dominant in business, military, science, I can assure, you everybody will start learning Chinese or Russian
English is dominant because of the US. If the US loses its status, English will do it too. But I don't see it in the near future at least
He's not right yet
it's not they have worse health because they don't drink. It's they don't drink because they have bad health.
It's not the first time Ukraine has fire with massive explosions in their ammo storage facilities . I remember a few since the fall of the USSR.
If they start dropping rocks from the Moon on us, we will drop rocks on the Moon to destroy their bases there.
What does Trump have to do with this?
The propaganda has really affected you
>> complaints need to come from an authority
How does it make it better?
