    Tiversa's claim to LabMD was not that LabMD had vulnerabilities, but that LabMD had been breached. Tiversa then claimed to the FTC that LabMD had failed to disclose a breach but did not disclose that the breach was by Tiversa themselves.

    LabMD may have needed the services of a security consulting company. No one needs the services of a lying security consulting company.

    Probably they're only average programmers, so they are assigned to safe areas like user interfaces and web sites.. You don't need software engineering for *every* problem.

    Why do you think this? The fell beasts are explicitly mentioned between the fellowship leaving Lothlorien and the breaking. The Nazguk lost their horses before the council. There's no telling how early the Nazgul actually had access to the fell beasts.

    Note that the desire for stealth also applies to the Nazgul. They were not working openly until much later, so would reasonably have been avoiding flying.

    The thing is you really do need those rights grated to you in order to run a site like that, since the service does all of those things. Otherwise someone could upload their photo and then sue you for copyright violations even though they were the one who gave you the photo.

    One of the conditions for a "free market" is symmetric information. By releasing earnings numbers after the market closes, everyone will have the same information by the time it opens again in the morning.

    While an appeal to personal responsibility sounds catchy, you have failed to account for the effect on other people who have acted in a reasonably rational fashion. The benefits of the market accrue to the market as a whole, not to any particular player.

    They identified the problem while the plane was on the ground, and indeed the problem kept the pilots from departing, so there would still be opportunity to put them on the plane.

    The consumer technology portions of the system were the iPad hardware and the IOS operating system, so the respondents pointed out that portion did not fail.

    The portion which did fais is not consumer technology and no consumer would have any reason to have it.

    Neither of the two pages you link to put any figure on fatalities caused by a vaccine that covers chicken pox. The second page mentions "4 per million" this this context:
    "These include severe allergic reactions (fewer than 4 per million), and problems such as:

            Deafness.
            Long-term seizures, coma, lowered consciousness.
            Permanent brain damage.

    Because these problems occur so rarely, we can’t be sure whether they are caused by the vaccine or not."

    Note where it says "fewer", where it says "can’t be sure whether they are caused by the vaccine or not", and the lack of any mention of death.

    Why would state legislators be any more favorable than federal legislators? Even if the US Congress chooses state conventions for ratification it still requires state legislators to apply.
