I'd have figured it would be on a long fox news magazine type show with a dedicated block of time. It's not like any of those outlets aren't employing a fairly decent sized journalist staff. When you're comparing news sources with agendas I think clickbait is maybe a little better than an elaborate scheme of propaganda dreamed up long before I was alive. Fox news has always been garbage and at least nice to see they had a plan and went through with it. Evil genius is still genius.
I feel like you're trying to rain on everyone's parade of living in the US and giving out excuses for issues that boil down to companies having been too cheap to make infrastructure improvements or replace long since antiqued systems.
They did the same thing they do with other bugs. Give them 90 days to fix it and disclose 7 days after it is patched, whichever comes first. It's hard to say they are being unfair or aggressive since it is the exact same time window they have for anything else. It's not google's responsibility to hold on to the release beyond 7 days because Epic asks them for more time to ensure everything is long since patched.
I'd say the video footage of them driving and spending maybe 10% of the time looking not down at the their phone would be somewhat proof.
“This crash would not have occurred if Vasquez would have been monitoring the vehicle and the roadway conditions and was not distracted,” investigators wrote. Police said Vasquez “was distracted and looking down” for 31 percent of the nearly 22 minutes before the crash, including 5.2 of the last 5.7 seconds.
Moto X is hardly bloated on software. Moto Actions and Moto Display are really light experiences and something I'd prefer over stock. I use Essential PH-1 which is less bloated than either the Pixels or the Moto X4 Android One phones.
I think you got a lemon port somehow. This is not typical and expecting your replacement to be junk is superstition on your end. The ports are by no means cheap in quality or cost. Get it replaced and stop making your personal laptop experience that is a fluke or fabrication part of this. Back to Facebook and CEO's going at each other.
I'm pretty pumped up to get USB C to Lightning cables from Anker just having bought an iPhone. I got 3 3' cables from another supplier for cheaper than what Apple charges for one, but generally I'd prefer something from a company I know isn't going to ass up my wiring and make my phone/tablet/etc no longer function. As is, the companies that make great third party stuff under MFI certification program aren't making them.
If you're in a Best Buy you probably shouldn't be on slashdot.
obligatory XKCD karma whoring repost #89127439817
Lot of weblkit browsers. Bugs me they keep calling it Chromium when the engine is Blink.
They are experts if you need a place to crash.

If it does, count me in.
Nothing says present like pick out your own stuff on a shared income and then opening it.

QC is independent of what the plug type is. I have USB-C and Micro-B USB phones that use QC3.
I say the same thing when people buy me dinner. If you aren't going to fund me all the way through dessert it is going to be a fruitless endeavor.
That'll work great if you have Amazon Fresh in your area.
It was probably directly related to the Slashdot effect with its droves of viewers hitting it simultaneously.
I wouldn't necessarily say rude, but I don't necessarily think it would be my first conversation piece at TGI Fridays.
I could understand if it were Rick and Morty, but not The Voice.
It didn't surprise me because I went to ArsTechnica two weeks ago.
Fox News and Fox Sports are not part of the deal.
Scratching my head there too. PowerPC to Intel is all I can think of.
Those tricky Nigerian princes were hiding 4000 miles south of Nigeria the whole time! Who'da thunk it?
Anonymous Coward has a history of this behavior.
Around the time they redid the site and CSS to be more modern. 2010-2011 if i remember right.

I think this is kind of like the good press Theranos is seeing.
