Does anyone know if there will be an SDK for the iTunes for Windows version? I have put together a little page that I hope to track what happens here. It will have a list of dev tools, resources, etc.. and a listing of the known plugins that work with Windows.
I was first in line to get this thing downloaded. It seems identical to the Mac version, including my biggest PET peeve on my Mac OS ( please note I am a multi OS person). The window does not expand to fill the whole screen. Am I missing something here?
I am by no means an expert, but if we start having users clicking "OK" to continue boxes and people get trained to do so, won't it be VERY easy to make a fake dialoge that is actualy a POP up that will do nasty things?

You shoot them, they keep coming forward, you throw bombs at them and their legs fall off, but they still keep coming after you. They could even be programed to be non-leathal attackers that just grab you and don't let go and bring you back to jail. If fuel cells actually happen this kind of stuff is not that far off.
I am no expert here, and I have serious doubts about these claims made by SCO, but I just would like a little clarification on exactly why everyone KNOWS without a doubt ( at least it seems so ) that they don't have any sort of case?

I as an independent musician and I am sure there are others would like to get in on this Apple Music store too. Is there any news if they will have an mp3.com-esque section to this thing? I think this would be the best way for artists to begin to sell to the end users directly.
i was it in Shinjuku 2 weeks ago and it was the best quality I have ever seen in any consumer/prosumer camera. They has a demo of the camera of footage they shot around the store and it looked like something I have never seen before. Really cool. And it was only lik 350,000 yen or something.

Of course this is the coolest thing ever, but what about doing the same on modern x86 hardware? I have always wanted to have a nice compact little "simple" os that fits onto a single FDD and leaves more than enough room on the HDD for other goodies. Has anyone written something like this recently?
I recall something call QNX back a couple years back. Do they still have the 1 FDD version?
This is a huge problem.
You should use some kind of data erasing software when disposing or selling a computer if you are of the following:
If you are in a security conscious environment and need to prevent inadvertent access to data
A computer IT professional for a company that erases employee PCs for replacement or transfer of use
A computer service, repair, or maintenance technician that replaces drives for customers with hardware problems
If you are re-using or returning a leased PC
If you are recycling, donating or transferring PCs to other users
A leasing or recycling center that recycles hard disk drives from one computer to another
A used PC reseller or auction site that needs to delete all data from donated hard drives prior to resale
An asset management or disposal company
OR IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THIS ON YOUR PC:
Financial data
Email
Internet History
Personal documents
Sales contact information
Product development plans
Marketing plans
Trade secrets

NEC is a Japanese company and there is a market for anything that saves ANY amount of space there.
