  4. Not so easy. on North Korea's High-Tech Counterfeit $100 Bills · · Score: 1

North Korea (officially the DPRK) has inherited a lot of older Soviet anti-aircraft equipment. One major reason for the success of the U.N. forces during the Korean War (1950-1953) against the Korea was the air superiority they were able to attain. As tensions still exist on the Korean Peninsula and Korea is so heavily militarised, their air-defence network is amongst the strongest of a non-superpower. A large part of it consists of a number of older, fixed systems like SA-2, SA-3, and SA-5, but DPRK is also in possession of many mobile systems that have proven deadly in the past.

The best policy is to assume that all unprovables are false, until such time as they are proved. In other words, it is reasonable to disbelieve a proposition when there is no evidence. Even if it is less certainly false than propositions which are actually contradicted by evidence (although even that does not amount to a complete certainty), it is still reasonable to regard them as false so long as we've done some checking, and don't ignore new evidence that we come across.

Page Up /Down, Next/Previous Weapon work better for me with a fixed (but adjustable) click "distance". For PvP Quake III Arena /Enemy Territory like first person shooters I personally need reload/ zoom/ next weapon on my mouse as a minimum. I've played on my neighbours Wacom tablet, and it's not big enough for my mouse sensitivity settings ( granted I need about 40 cm lateral ). Another point is that I don't want my cursor moving even 1 mm when I pick up my mouse and replace it elsewhere on the mouse pad, although optic mice and touch pads are getting better at this.
