You can't get a high score' from those tests. They are rigged so no matter what you answer, they always end up recomending you their audits and Dianetics courses.
Those people are nuts. Don't go with them, even as a 'joke'. or to try to shame them.
Some active blogger.com users got an invitation through the main page. But don't try to open a Blogger account just to get a Gmail account, it will not work that way.
After six Zip drives, and more than 50 zip disks destroyed by the "Click of Death", excuse me for not trusting Iomega with my data anymore.
What really got me, was the complete disregard Iomega showed to its custumers with the Click of Death incident.
I saw several thousands of dollars worth of Iomega hardware/disks turn to crap thanks to that clicky sound, and that is without counting the data itself or the time spent dealing with recovering said data.
Sorry Iomega, you are not a trusted brand in storage media anymore.
Mark my words: is Netscape/Mozilla all over again.
In the next years, where a lot of people move to.NET and the once dominant Java sees its market share shrink, Sun will be left with a minority proprietary platform.
Windows will ship with the.NET runtime and SDK by default on all desktops, Linux distros will have Mono too, but thanks to Suns moronic License, Linux distros will not ship Suns JRE/SDK by default.
Who loses here?
Only at the last moment, will Sun (if it still exists) Open Source Java as a last resort, but by then it will be too little, to late.
That is, if IBM does not re-implement Java from scratch and sets it free first, making Sun completely irrelevant.
Java is not a revenue generator for Sun, and they could exercise control by trademark/certification plans, so I don't see what they lose if they Open Source it.
Sun is going the way of the Dodo, with IBM, MS and Linux handing them their asses for lunch.
As one of the "OSS" zealots that has bitched and moaned about Yast's licence in the past, I would like to thank SUSE/Novell for this license change.;-)
Now I can recomend and use SUSE without any holdups.
Please support SUSE with this decision by voting with your wallet.
It seems that Novell is making the right moves regarding Linux! I hope it pays off for them and the Community
Me and a friend did this a while ago, I was using my Palm PDA with WiFi and he was using his WiSip.
It really works: you go near a hotspot, tell the phone to search for an AP and a few seconds later you are talking on the phone.
It is really sweet, and with the local Telco/DSL provider covering the city(Monterrey) with APs, soon you will be able to get a signal almost anywere here.
The problem is that today, the situations where you might need to use pen and paper are the ones that you don't have the luxury of slowing down, like taking notes for example. You need to write as fast as you can to keep up with the person speaking.
Most of the times I need to actually write anything these days, are in situations that I just can't 'slow down' to improve my handwriting:-(
And being left handed, my handwriting sucks more that most people's and it sometimes impossible for others (or me!) to read.
I understand not wanting to support Lenovo as a buisness entity, but to clarify, the Thinkpad line never had SuperFish installed.

Richard Geere?
You forgot: So it's a bit like growing corn or wheat to eat.... in Japan.
The character (from Don Quijote) Sancho Panza was from Spain not Mexico.
:-)
Yes, I am nitpicking
You are not stupid, just Dyslexic. :-)
One word: Bastard! :-)
I got mine through Blogger (Google owns Blogger).

Damn, I am such a geek. Your sig is from a BtVS episode, 'Tabula Rasa', where the gang looses their memory.
I didn't I had the drives and most of my Zips before my encounter with the CoD.
Well, I had 4 drives for all my computers, is not like one failed, and I kept buying one until the I got tired of buying Zip drives.
So I had 4 drives failed in the course of two weeks, the other two I bought as replacements, but I didn't new about the Click of Death then.
The disks started to fail little by little, I had several because I used them as a backup medium, oh the irony......

He can have Web access, he just choses not to have it.
Just remember, if you write an invaders clone, please don't call it Java Invaders or Sun will sue your ass. :-)

You knew someone would post one.
If it ain't broke"
Hunt the Wumpus! wow, that brings back memories..
Do you really want to go there?
My first hard drive was a 5 Meg connected to an IMB PC XT.
But my first storage device was an audio cassette player connected to my TI99-4A.
Now some really old fart is going to come and tell us about storing his MP3 collection on punch cards. ;-)

Any show I watch regularly gets canceled.
;-)
So it is you? Stop watching the shows I like!!
Feeding the troll....
Huh? So how do you want me to call my friends whose name is "Jesus"? The guy formerly known as Jesus?
By the way, don't forget Lev. 25:44, Exodus 35:2 or hundreds of examples in the Bible about how fair, just and forgiving your god is.
If it is any good, they will cancel it, and it if sucks, it will stay on the air for years.
Either way, we are screwed.
(Yeah, I am still bitter about FireFly, Farscape, Angel, etc...)

In the pr0n business, actors are referred to as talent, So, Britney or Justin could by some stretch be called that.

Kind of puts in perspective
