Since many people have been telling the movie industry for years that it is mainly its own people who distribute good copies of movies on the internet and they have constantly denied it. Are they now going to apologize?
Yup and some games even let you do a one time save from your current location or put it into sleep from their menus (i haven't played doom on the gba so I don't know if its there or not).
Oh and another thing. The author of the article keeps going on and on about kill ratios. But the games he mentioned are all team based. You shouldn't be concentrating on getting more kills that your teammates, you should be concentrating on helping the team win the round in any way you can. If that means charging forward to be a decoy and getting gunned down while better players take out the objectives then so be it. Its a team win and that is what the point is.
People who complain about snipers are confusing real life with game life rules and physics. You can't complain about snipers using real life rules and physics and then in the next breath justify a jumping around machine gun toting player by saying its how the game physics dictate play.
Face facts, its a game. There are certain rules and physics that occur in the game to make it game-like. If it were completely realistic it wouldn't be fun.
When you learn what it means to be an adult you'll learn that it doesn't mean everything needs to be serious and non-toy like. There is enough serious and boring things in the world. I welcome a little fun where ever I am.
If a tool lets you get the job done and looks stylin' that doesn't mean its any less of a serious tool.
But if you look at all those movies, the animation was really good. There was nothing technically wrong with it. What made the loosers be loosers were the horrible stories. They just weren't good movies.
Buying a new machine. New intel chipsets come out in the march/april time frame with PCI Express. If HL2 and Doom 3 don't come out till summer I'll be happy.
Plus I wouldn't want to toss a microdrive into a bag, or stuff it in my pocket or slide it across a desk or toss it to someone else to catch. "I need another card", "here......use this".
I would have no problem doing all those things with a compact flash card.
If they advertise as always on internet then I can't see how they can kick you out for taking advantage of the always on connection. I haven't seen any of these either. Who is your ISP?
Also if they aren't going to tell you exactly what your usage was then how can you be held liable? Its like being thrown in jail without being told what you are being put in jail for.
The problem with teaching like this is the professors are relying on the calculator to show the students the results instead of learning why the results happen in the first place. Its more important to learn why things happen instead of learning that they do happen.
Yeah they do somewhat teach the why, but the emphasis is not really on that anymore.
Awww...you shouldn't be able to use graphing calculators at all. Basically you are learning how the calculator works instead of how to actually do the problem.
But the point was that you never need to replace a cell phone battery, and by the time that you might need to you are looking to buy a new phone anyways.
Because to a lot of people its not a flaw. Its just like a cell phone. I've never had to replace the battery in my cell phone, by the time the battery does die completely I'm looking to buy a new phone anyways.
A slightly bigger screen, not much bigger but they could make it a little bigger and keep the same size of the device, but make it color. Maybe used OLED as the screen material to cut down on power demands and the need for a back light.
They got tones back and sounds indicating that the chute has released and it is bouncing across the surface. They've currently lost contact but say thats normal.
Yeah and you know how many times I've felt like going back to them to watch them? Zero. They are a waste of space. Same with archiving tv shows. I used to but I realized that I never go back to watch them, so I stopped. Only thing I could possibly think of that is a legit use might be mp3's. But since mine are all ripped from cd's that I have I could just rip them again easily enough so its no big deal if they are lost.
I never said their wasn't a use of a dvd burner, all I meant by it was that the majority of people don't need one yet. The people here are not the majority or even a good representation of the general population.
I have had zero problems playing games with the MX700 mouse. I initially was a little concerned before I got it how it would work, but it is absolutely awesome. Paired it with the cordless elite keyboard and I am completely happy.
So I guess sports reporters shouldn't be reporting sports scores either? Because as you say "Report on the stuff that really matters, good job. Jackass"
A business writer should never be writing an article about something in the business world, he should be over reporting on troop movements and casualties instead. Because according to you:
"Report on the stuff that really matters, good job. Jackass"
Jackass indeed, not even a good attempt at trolling.
Is to live like a hermit without technology away from everyone else. No thanks. I'd rather go through life realizing that I don't give a damn if someone knows what kind of jeans I wear or where I was last saturday night or what time I passed through the toll booth.
Like I said, the tech specs might show it but even you say "quality potential for DTS is much higher". Its all potential, but it rarely gets there. Thats why you can't say one is clearly better than the other because it is not true. Louder does not mean better and as everyone who visits here knows, better specs does not make a better product.
If you want to assume in your fictional world where DTS is the standard for hd-dvd then it might be better, but since it hd-dvd doesn't exist yet there is no way to say.

Hey don't knock Pete's Dragon. It is one of my absolute favorite Disney movies.

Wasn't country bears live action?

Even though in their very own commercials and on the RR website they advertise streaming media and downloading mp3's.

But at the same time I completely stopped buying cd's about 2 years ago also.
CNN had it live, it was pretty cool. If it landed all in one piece and rolls on out in 9 days or so give all those engineers a raise.

I have yet to encounter someone who NEEDS one of these yet. A lot want one but no one has a need yet.
