Verizon does not get paid by the government in most places and thats why they have sold their landline business in a dozen states.. they have gone into agreements with States Like New Jersey saying if Verizon Cell Coverage is in the area they don't have to wire the homes.. Media Center was originally in Windows 10 Preview then they intentionally removed it.. and then they disabled Netflix from working in older versions of MediaCenter... Microsoft is working with comcast to restrict home users ability to record TV Content over Cable and Antenna.. Comcast and Cox have already started converting their Set Top Boxes to IP based streaming boxes which will not allow you to locally record tv content... The FCC and many cases along the way say we have the right to record TV Content for our own use and Archive but now with Microsoft doing away with DVD support and Media Center.. we no longer have that ability.. Its going to be like trying to capture a Hulu.com TV show.. it will be close to impossible if not impossible within 5 years.. this is blatant collusion and criminal activity to require people who pay for content either on Cable or Antenna by watching commercials to stream any rerun or later viewing of a show from a service like netflix hulu or comcasts own streaming service instead of letting the User record content as has been legal since the VCR.. Today it is now illegal to transfer content from DVDs to your computer in England and other European countries.. they want us to pay them for every viewing of every show even if its a 10 year old rerun of friends.. and if you haven't noticed there are no new good shows being produced... If you file a patent then other companies may have claim to your ideas and need to defend their patents so they have people watching for these things.. They already know... The best way is probably to find a mid size company and work with them and once your product is accepted by people a larger company will want to buy you out.. But Good Luck.. this rarely happens.

well you are right malware is hard to track down and delete but you could try installing something like AVG free just for laughs and see what it might find... the problem is android isn't simply android.. its running on top of Linux most likely so there are lots of places it could hide.. I would try AVG before you revert to stock in your settings.. reverting might not catch it.. and you have to think is this simply malware or is it something more.. Reevaluate your software downloads and dump your non stock browsers and see what happens... good luck

Sorry Gimp is just garbage.. its not just the inability of gimp to perform specific tasks its the way those tasks are implemented within gimp that make it extremely difficult to use.. BP was complaining no one had a Sub that could go fix it.. but the US Navy had quite a few not to mention all of the other oceanic research crews government tax dollars pay for.... If they simply placed a clamp and a cap on that well within the first 10 days most of this could have been averted. Unfortunately no one did anything to help. I actually drew up plans on a method to cap that pipe and I sent them along with the knowledge no one would take my suggestions.. after all.. all I am is a certified mechanical engineer and a Chemist who worked for the government in the past... and I am a Certified by FEMA in Disaster Relief and Construction Methods.... No we all sat there and talked about how bad it is but the people in power did nothing.. Its the same as FUKUSHIMA nothing good is happening there and Japan is home to some of the highest level Robotics and Remote Control Engineering.. they could fly by cable some backhos to excavate those reactors and place the rods in transport / long term storage containers but years later radioactive water is pouring into the ocean.

I can buy a $15 Android Stick on Ebay from China and install apps or even root it.
But the maker of Android thinks I should be restricted in what I can do...
Full Android and a Keyboard with touch pad means you can install word processing apps and you have an extra computer in your home that kids can do homework on, you can do household stuff on, and work from home or work in a hotel room.. or just have a backup computer to order parts to fix your desktop if it goes down.
I am in preparation for cutting the cord.. only to keep my broadband here because the cable company is the only provider in my area... So I started recording TV Shows and Movies with a Tuner Card hooked to CableTV.. its legal.. just as legal as a VCR was back in the 1990's... Once i get to the point i just cant justify paying for basic cable I will have a ton of shows that can supplement my Antenna but because I am so far from the City getting Antenna TV is really difficult. No one in my neighborhood has an Antenna and only people in older neighborhoods have them.. some do have dish but you can't even record that on your computer... Anyway I looked into Kodi.tv its good for playing back what I record.. but my buddy tells me install this plugin and you can get any movie or TV show and you don't need to record all those shows... well you know what.. all those Kodi shows are on torrents.. those torrents not only are downloading but your computer is uploading.. I just don't do torrents.. its such a bad idea today because people are cordcutting and cable companies are not only cable providers they also own big TV and Movie Production companies.. Comcast Universal is Comcast, NBC, Universal and a bunch of cable tv stations... BAD DEAL MAN.. people are going to start losing their broadband accounts and everyone knows there is NO COMPETITION IN BROADBAND... first you are lucky to get broadband to your house about 30% of america doesn't.. and if you do you will NEVER see FIOS and Comcast offering service to the same home.. back room deals.. they are like drug dealers on street corners..

I live in what might be considered a rural area by some but I am 5 miles from my state capitol. There are underground fiber lines going down the main highway and fiber up my road to about 100 yards from me.. I actually walked down and watched them snake it under a road with a pneumatic torpedo.. cant get it.. the guys who install cable are Russian Illegals hired by a third party contractor for Verizon.. I talked with them for a while.. If our country ever gets attacked a few well placed people in these third party contractor companies that don't get checked will be able to take out our whole country in hours. They will know every weak point.
there are 2 different levels of phones with tracfone. they have the non android phones you can get for simplicity and if you are leaching off the ObamaPhone plan then they have lower end Androids which are pretty good if you stay with their best one. The only other service that beats them now is FreedomPop but since Tracfone is on Verizon and FreedomPop is on Sprint its all up to coverage where you live and travel and TracFone seems to have the edge on that for now.

Its the same as FUKUSHIMA nothing good is happening there and Japan is home to some of the highest level Robotics and Remote Control Engineering.. they could fly by cable some backhos to excavate those reactors and place the rods in transport / long term storage containers but years later radioactive water is pouring into the ocean.
Obama did nothing .. absolutely nothing for 3 months.. then when it was over billions were spent.. or handed out.. and still nothing good resulted...
Remember Hurricane Sandy in Jersey and NYC? there are still homeless people from that disaster...
That disaster in Haiti where Obama sent 15,000 troupes and America sent 9 Billion Dollars.. those people are still homeless..
The answer is Solar on every home which will power industry by day and fuel our backup batteries .. then wind at night .. we need to do this at every home and have large farms of it.. we can place solar along every interstate and railroad line.. but we should create a 10 mile wide dead mans zone on our southern border and fill it with solar and have it run by the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense .. in one fell swoop we power our nation and we cure the illegal alien problem along that border.. then we do the same on our northern border.. 5 miles of dead man zone buffer 3 miles of solar and 2 miles of interior buffer.
The answers are simple but no one will implement them
Solar on every new home over $250k should be mandated by law because it would only cost about $25k to outfit a home for hot water and photovoltaic and the hot water can be used for home heating....
People aren't stupid.. we all would do this but Obama thrashed our Solar industry .. GE shutdown their American plants that had been producing for 30 years after Obama was done.. not to even mention the billions wasted on companies like solindra and when they went bankrupt after the plant was 100% built another company didn't come in and buy it at rock bottom and build tons of cheap solar panels .. that plant was boxed up and sent to china... Our tax dollars bought China about 10 huge factories that were 95% automated where no human hand was needed to produce the product... and now they are making panels ...

Google makes Android so why do they release a device that doesn't have the newest and a full version of Android. Its just stupid. Being able to easily install apps means you can add products like Kodi.tv .. SiliconDust and Streaming Apps but it would also attract new developers for their app store.
I can buy a $15 Android Stick on Ebay from China and install apps or even root it.
But the maker of Android thinks I should be restricted in what I can do...
Full Android and a Keyboard with touch pad means you can install word processing apps and you have an extra computer in your home that kids can do homework on, you can do household stuff on, and work from home or work in a hotel room.. or just have a backup computer to order parts to fix your desktop if it goes down.
I am in preparation for cutting the cord .. only to keep my broadband here because the cable company is the only provider in my area... So I started recording TV Shows and Movies with a Tuner Card hooked to CableTV .. its legal .. just as legal as a VCR was back in the 1990's ... Once i get to the point i just cant justify paying for basic cable I will have a ton of shows that can supplement my Antenna but because I am so far from the City getting Antenna TV is really difficult. No one in my neighborhood has an Antenna and only people in older neighborhoods have them.. some do have dish but you can't even record that on your computer... Anyway I looked into Kodi.tv its good for playing back what I record.. but my buddy tells me install this plugin and you can get any movie or TV show and you don't need to record all those shows ... well you know what.. all those Kodi shows are on torrents.. those torrents not only are downloading but your computer is uploading.. I just don't do torrents .. its such a bad idea today because people are cordcutting and cable companies are not only cable providers they also own big TV and Movie Production companies .. Comcast Universal is Comcast, NBC, Universal and a bunch of cable tv stations ... BAD DEAL MAN .. people are going to start losing their broadband accounts and everyone knows there is NO COMPETITION IN BROADBAND ... first you are lucky to get broadband to your house about 30% of america doesn't .. and if you do you will NEVER see FIOS and Comcast offering service to the same home.. back room deals.. they are like drug dealers on street corners..
DON'T TORRENT.. DON'T USE PIRATE TV IN KODI OR OTHER MEDIA CENTER SOFTWARE..
they are losing hundreds of thousands of people every quarter.. they will eventually come after people... DONT BE ONE OF THEM.. get a tuner card .. get one used.. $50 i paid for a CETON 4 tuner.. it can record 4 shows at a time .. $7 i pay for the cable card from the cable company.. you can record THOUSANDS of shows and put them on a hard drive.. watch them on your computer or use a device to play them on your TV... JUST DON'T SHARE THEM WITH ANYONE.. not your friends.. not on the internet.. keep them just for your use... and you're golden
I live in what might be considered a rural area by some but I am 5 miles from my state capitol. There are underground fiber lines going down the main highway and fiber up my road to about 100 yards from me.. I actually walked down and watched them snake it under a road with a pneumatic torpedo.. cant get it.. the guys who install cable are Russian Illegals hired by a third party contractor for Verizon .. I talked with them for a while .. If our country ever gets attacked a few well placed people in these third party contractor companies that don't get checked will be able to take out our whole country in hours. They will know every weak point.
there are 2 different levels of phones with tracfone. they have the non android phones you can get for simplicity and if you are leaching off the ObamaPhone plan then they have lower end Androids which are pretty good if you stay with their best one. The only other service that beats them now is FreedomPop but since Tracfone is on Verizon and FreedomPop is on Sprint its all up to coverage where you live and travel and TracFone seems to have the edge on that for now.
