Fair use generally covers your own taking of part of a copyrighted work, you don't often here of a fair use defense in cases of commercial mass distribution.

However the DNA analyst for the LAPD could have contaminated the blood drops found at the scene while preparing them for DNA analysis , after getting blood from Simpson's sample on his gloves.
They're part of the same tax treaty that everybody else is... it kinda hinges on how much time you spend in the USA. Foreign taxes should be deductable though. Calfornia is the only exception as far as I know.
