    You're nuts right .... the root servers are scattered all over the world and run by volunteers. Not ICANN. There would be no military seizing of them.

    Fair use generally covers your own taking of part of a copyrighted work, you don't often here of a fair use defense in cases of commercial mass distribution.

    Seriously ... Microsoft does have a trademark on Windows ... remember the Lindows case, the judge never invalidated the Windows trademark because Microsoft settled as soon as they thought they might lose.

    Did you actually watch the OJ trial

    The PCR tests yeilded a 1 in 5200 probabilty ... while a single blood drop was tested using the more accurate RFLP test yeilding a 1 in 170,000,000 probability. However the DNA analyst for the LAPD could have contaminated the blood drops found at the scene while preparing them for DNA analysis , after getting blood from Simpson's sample on his gloves.

    They're part of the same tax treaty that everybody else is ... it kinda hinges on how much time you spend in the USA. Foreign taxes should be deductable though. Calfornia is the only exception as far as I know.

    Setting aside design & evolution arguments where did the first life forms come from ? scientists have disproved theories of "spontaneous generation" of life for centuries.

    One problem is that the registries for the CC TLDs have to pay ICANN $0.20 per subdomain per year, for what ? ICANN doesn't actually provide the root servers as you say.

    States where they have implemented medical malpractice caps haven't seen a decline in malpractice insurance rates ... it's just a scam by insurance companies to avoid liability on policies they already issued.
