If hes not, i discuss it with the boas, and ask to be paid more or equal to him, and if the answer is no, i get the reasons why. If i agree, than i keep my current pay scale, if i disagree, then i start looking for another job somewhere else.
On televison. It looks like to be somewhere about the consistency of that green slime toy or the goop on canned ham. The spray it on pretty thick, even on grass, and the guy in the middle couldnt move. He could stand up, sor of, but couldnt get any traction to even move on grass. And he fell over a LOT.
Yeah, kinda like Heinleins fair witness. If asked to describe the color of a house you got "The side of the house facing me appears to be white in color." You never draw any conclusions of your own, you just repeat back exactly what you see in an objective manner. Ive used this sort of method a lot, and its helpful in some situations, especially when you dont like the person. Then you cant get into trouble for slander or what not. Or at least not as easily.
