Sorry to say but you all are tool. Before you recommend Linux make sure that it works on all BIGTIME hardware and also make sure that it works for basic applications that an everyday user would love. Until that time its hard to say give Linux a try.
I wish all developers on Linux kernel for desktop would only worry about (Printers,Video Cards, Network Cards, and Audio Cards)
Until the day that those above 3 can work seamselly together, no one is going to jump shit.. ooops ship. Just keep those 3 in mind before you recommend Linux to all users. Remember hardware vendors don't keep you in mind. They just do what they think is best.
Obviously you don't have deaf parents or family like myself. Hanging up on someone just because they are deaf is like parking your car in a handicap spot or being a member of the KKK. This is completely crazy. Some people haven't been given the gift of hearing when they were born or had complications during birth to 3 years old. My dad had Scarlet Fever and because of that he lost his hearing. My mother, they just don't know. I think you guys could handle relay calls a little bit better like have them email you from a friends or family computer.
Sorry for the ranting but this just bothers me since i have been around the deaf community all my life.
Sorry guys, but does anyone realize that the far world is leveraging west influences to bring prosperity to their country? Its not about freedom but economics. Support your local coffee shop
This is a pretty sad scenario considering that only have one platform to take care of. Not like they have to run around and check bug fixes, enhancements with other OEM's
I think this comes down to $$$. When you guys see a high dollar amount (aka full computer) with linux pre-installed by all vendors its time to chear!! Linux has so far been able to reach only, the low $$$ of computer manufactures plans. One day you might get to that point but you might want to unsettle the cattle first and/or create one platform that rocks. The thing that is hurting linux is that too many DISTROS. When you have one vendor bending over after another for a PR RELEASE (that hurts more than windows winning by the way!!) things can get very sour.

Ebonics anyone? Does an Ebonics version exist at all for any office pack?
Until we get a 5 STAR Case then this will all be mute.

The only good JAVA is the one in my coffee cup.
Any one seen any pictures of the card and the connections possible. I would like to see a picture of the bundle and various connectors included.
