ZX80 and still have it (might still work). It was a Christmas gift from my family. I was able to make a "fireworks" program by New Years, had to work on it all week and really only made one sprite animate, but everyone loved it.
Just had a good laugh with my wife. We got our first dialup account with The World back in the early 90's. Wrote my first scripts because of that account (and the usenet).
I use my PS2 to play PS1 games more than twice per month, and if my nephew is spending any time at my house he will use it for PS1 games every day he's here. My favorite PS1 game is Crash Team Racing, the best cart game for the Sony platform. The RPG's made for the PS1 are better than anything else available... well until Fable (maybe)
I print T-shirts and every so often I get a job with an excell to print from, and even worse sometimes I would get a power point file..... arrrg, try to color seperate that crap
features listed on the box, that are not avilable for months later. I'd say that false advertising. Forced updates, wow, how much more wrong is that. I don't mind bug fixes for minor things, but don't test this stuff at all. So glad my pod has work perfect from day one... I'd flipout if a firmware update trashed it.
Quicktime is how the file is played. iTunes, iTms, iPod and all apps in OS X use quicktime to play music files and view images and video. Quicktime is a big deal in the apple world.
hope it happens during the MIT flea market. You can get everything from an abacus to a zeon laser, no kidding I saw one at the flea last year.... didn't have the cash tho'
I second this review.
I've had mine for almost 2 years and I agree with dasyonic on all of his points. I also have a TiVo and I do the same thing... I wish the TiVo remote was a learning type, my Sony one is the best feeling remote I have.
