I assume TIPP is a typo for TPP, and that you're not talking about something else. Out of 12 TPP countries, Brunei, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Peru and Singapore (that's 7 countries out of 12) do not have jury trials. That means less than half of TPP countries have juries. Definitely not most.

With the latest version of Android, you can disable any system app. Although the app binary still remains on the system storage, for all intents and purposes it is as if the app has been uninstalled - the app does not run and the app's icon is removed from the launcher. I think this is a good compromise and I don't see any benefit of allowing system apps to be uninstalled versus being disabled.

None of your suggestions would work unless the phone is modded to S-Off mode to remove the write protection. What actually happens in S-On mode, which is the default, is that any change to the system files is actually made to a copy-on-write virtual filesystem. This virtual filesystem is reset on every boot so you'd get back to where you started. So there's no script that is run to restore the files as you assumed because the files are never touched in the first place.

I don't think Google Maps qualifies as a panorama. Just because it's a composite of many images does not make it a panorama. That's not what a panorama is. A panorama is a photo that shows a continuous view in many directions. For example, in the case of the Mont Blanc photo, it shows, from the point of view of a standing observer, the view in front and certain degrees down, up, to the left and to the right. Google Maps only show the view in one direction - down.
