  20. The NHS and the WHO collaborate, but they are different organizations. Both have doctors, Dr NHS and Dr WHO is what they are called.

  21. The French are more similar to the English in this respect. There was little mixing in Haiti or French Africa.
    The Spanish were more into mixing, while keeping "castas", except in the 19th/20th-centuries colonization of Spanish Africa..
    The Portuguese had this thing for little outposts everywhere except for Brazil. I don't know about Portuguese Africa.

  22. Really? The current version of Tinfoil crashes when opening the messages link in Facebook. Some guy launched a workaround to avoid crashes. In its latest 2.0 version it is a fork of Tinfoil, but it is not in F-Droid.

    I haven't seen any mention of co-operatives. They exist and operate among capitalistic competition. Some co-operatives thrive and some crash. And some thrive and then crash.

    Months ago I read that they jailed two chief bankers out of three banks. So not all of them. Have the Icelandic courts indicted more bankers lately?
