You should win the election and declare yourself Emperor. After that, the Imperial Senate will no longer be a concern for you.
some logic to this.
some logic to this. if nobody will take you seriously about electronic security concerns, pull a weev and elect yourself emperor. then the e-voting systems would go out of fashion really fast!
Sorry, that is nonsense.
Every IDE places everything you edit ultimately into files, text files to be precise.
The idea that something only runs in the IDE and otherwise no one knows how it works is just nonsense.
you're 100% wooshing it. the point is that the air-tards at his company know how to use the IDE but don't know what it does, and that's bad. everybody agrees with you that the IDE edits files and saves them.
I have an issue with my programmers when they know how to use the tool, but don't understand what they created. I overheard one group discussing a new system, and the one stated she didn't know where the code actually ran. No one in the group did. The Integrated Development Environment hid the details. No wonder people leave gaping security holes in systems if they don't understand how they work. I have really smart people who don't understand how the application server accesses the database. They just write code, and it works. They get used to figuring out how the tool works, not how the system works. If the tool is replaced, they are lost. If required, I'll go fix it in a text editor, because I understand what it's doing. I don't need an IDE to tell me. I know what information is flowing through the system, and how it does it. That way I can prevent inappropriate data from being exposed to outside users. IDE's are very useful to speed development, but you can't base your entire knowledge of programming on how to use a tool.
they don't need to know where the files are or where they execute. they're "in the cloud".
I think you need to read my post again. I'm "loyal", in that I'll stay around until the second that something better comes along and I'm outtie. I don't know what "enlightened" country you live in but in USA if you voluntarily leave a job you don't get jobless benefits. so you're not going to be paid either way. at the least you can do is sit at your desk and pretend to work while surfing linkedin/facebook. and yeah, I have been hobless and everyday i slept in till noon and didn't shower.
problem is, it may not be a crime per say for CIA to spy on Congress. I would call it a constitutional crisis where the executive branch is overstepping its bounds into the constitutional responsibilities of the legislative branch.
brennan didn't admit he was lying, he admitted he was wrong. perhaps he was recently informed of his error. I still think he was lying though. Still, the title should be clear.
finding a hob is not full time. you're not volunteering you're working "at risk". If company pulls through you'll be paid arrears, but if things go further south you already have another option (hint: even if you leave, they still owe you for past pay).
Had the company failed in its negotiations with their creditors, it would have had to declare bankruptcy and the state would have covered our salaries during the bankruptcy proceedings.
Taxpayers like me would also have been out a lot of money to prop up a failing co
lol socialists. i love how you define "employee protections" as employees working for free. america is a right to work place so if you don't like it you can walk.
i liked homefront. i thought the narrative was well done and had some great set pieces. like where you fight your way through a walmart onto the roof, but a bomb goes off, so you fight your way back through to the exit but on the way out the walmart is a fiery inferno? that was pretty cool. my biggest complaint was that it ended early. the last level you cross the golden gate bridge into SF, but you never actually beat the enemy. I felt like it was missing the final act.
The problem is... who's going to pay for it? Computer mags were full of ads, but who's going to pay to advertise when either A) your site tells people their software is rubbish or B) your site tells people that they should buy the software anyway.
you are a marketing wiz! you must be a billionaire! Except, these sites DO exist and are successful but how can that be when you're a wiz? does not compute.

pr0n. don't forget pr0n. the apple app store doesn't allow pr0n and similar apps. yes please!
close but i got you better: in soviet russia your wall writes on you!
i thought that band was arrested for having a shitty name.
dude who are you? why are you posting so many stupid comments on this story? I guess I have to turn off ACs for this article.

I would change governments on the spot. Kiss my ass, ins/dhs/TSA!

If you're looking for a new hob anyway, better to hedge your bets at your current job (even if it suxxx) than sit on your ass athome
US is going gangbusters. Stocks att all time high, crazy GDP growth. Can't complain.
It's better to pay unemployment while employees look for a job at a successful company then spend money to prop up a failing company
+1 "dun-dun". http://youtu.be/gP3MuUTmXNk

you should only do this if you yell out "yoink!"

i would stick around because i'm a loyal employee but I would also be shopping my resume like mad.
