In much of the city, faster than dial-up is not available. I had 576 kbps DSL for several years, but it recently quit working so I had to back to dial-up. If you live somewhere with Comcast, then I guess AOL is much more popular in your area.

Here in Seattle, copper.net is cheaper and better, but a lot of people are still stuck with dial-up. With Comcast not offering service to their entire monopoly area and with the fifty+ year-old phone wiring on average to residential areas, DSL isn't available everywhere either. There's a small strip on Beacon Hill where competition is allowed between Wave and Comcast, but other than that, faster than dial-up service here is spotty. I had about half a megabit per second until about a month ago when it quit for good so I'm back on dial-up myself.

Yes, you can find a few building with gigabit Internet, but they're $2,500 or more per month in rent for a two bedroom. I've been looking at jobs in other cities. I want faster access at home. That's not what systemd tells you to do, at all. Not even close. It tells you not to run start, but instead to run a different command. That other command has the wrong exit status even though it fails at restarting the daemon. It is fundamentally broken.

Confirmed that this is still a serious bug on an updated CentOS 7 system:

    0
    # journalctl -r -u named
    # sed -i s#"/usr/sbin/named -broken"#/usr/sbin/named#g /usr/lib/systemd/system/named.service

Notice the exit status of 0. systemd doesn't return the correct exit status. Also, when viewing the journal, you'd expect to see the error:

    usage: named [-4|-6] [-c conffile] [-d debuglevel] [-E engine] [-f|-g]
                              [-n number_of_cpus] [-p port] [-s] [-t chrootdir] [-u username]
                              [-m {usage|trace|record|size|mctx}]
    named: unknown option '-b'

but it is not in the journal. systemd swallows the stderr output and reports the incorrect exit status. This makes it very difficult to troubleshoot start-up problems. I've wasted many hours because of this systemd bug.
