  2. Re:reason why they only want to sell albums on Radiohead Changes Tack, Joins iTunes · · Score: 0, Troll

This comment was undoubtedly intended to be funny.
I think is impossible that someone could think that Radiohead is not one of the best acts ever appeared in music history.
I understand that someone could not like Radiohead's music. That's ok, just a matter of taste. But, they're great.

YOU read it in a xenophobic way, no part in my comment was meant to be xenophobic; and if so, I apologize.

Even Chinese people joke about they look quite the same. And they laugh about it.

That was my point, nothing related racism.

  5. face-recognition software on China's All-Seeing Eye · · Score: 5, Funny

it also includes national ID cards, CCTV networks, and face-recognition software.

Without a doubt, a face-recognition software in China is an incredible hi tech piece of software.
  6. DPI is not only for blocking P2P on 80 Gbps Deep Packet Inspection Hardware Announced · · Score: 0

It can be used to offer different flavors of connections. Maybe people here at /. can not even imagine it, but, there are millions of people that could agree to pay a little less if they have the P2P blocked.

What about companies, buying internet connections with P2P blocked on the ISP? ISP could even sell that as a plus, then, they can charge more giving less, and IT admins can forget about managing they're own filters.

What about a http/smtp/pop3 only connection?

Obviously, DPI was developed to cut P2P down, but it can used for many more.

  8. Re:Fuck Metallica on Metallica May Follow In Footsteps of Radiohead, NIN · · Score: 0

    Exactly. They just suck now.

It does not matter the way they'll release their new music. Metallica died after the black album.

I wonder how could it be possible that a band that made songs like Master of Puppets, Ride the Lightning, One, etc., did not feel ashamed to release Frantic...

"Frantic Tick Tick Tick Tick Tick Tick Tock"

Jesus Christ, they just suck big time. Specially Lars Ulrich, that for that crap album replaced his drums for a trash can.

I'm not a webmaster full time but I've done many. Maybe it's because I have not developed a very complex site, but, all CSS I've done look almost the same in Explorer and Firefox.

In fact, as I'm not an artist at all, I've used many times Joomla, and the templates used look the same.

Maybe my lack of experience in very complex things make me see things easier.

Who cares about that tests when real-world pages will not have any of the conditions tested?

In fact, aren't browsers already rendering/displaying most web sites as the designers wanted to ?

And also, how many people (except for geeks here at /.) will switch from one browser to another one just because it passes the acid test? R/ Zero.
