Any half-decent starcraft player can easily thwart a zerg rush. Example: Put a couple photon cannons in a strategic location such as a choke point leading into your base, then back those cannons up with 5-10 zealots. Make sure each zealot is attacking a different zergling, don't fall in the trap of assigning all your zealots to a single zergling. The p00r n00b need to get some practice because, rush or no rush, they're going to get trampled quite thoroughly until they do.

Now, as for the 'features' blizzard implemented; the original poster makes them sound pretty terrible, and since I'm not going to buy war3 for a while anyways I'll just have to wait to find out. NWN will be good for a while.

Please...a perfect copy IS the original. Everything in the universe is made of energy. People are no exception, and one person certainly isn't made of "different" energy than another. Also, for teleportation to work the only thing that can come out of the other end is a perfect copy. We couldn't begin to measure how randomly changing the kinetic energies and translational vectors of the chemicals in your body will affect you.

We had a similar sitution in regards to my physics course. The homework was turned in over the internet. This lead to several groups forming. Each group, however, ended up with several people doing the work and the rest 'collaborating'. Out of the 40 people the class started with, 12 remained at the end of the semester and only half of those students passed. It seems as though the students who were 'collaborating' didn't fare all that well on the IRL tests. Strangely, the one test conducted over the internet had an excellent pass rate ;-). Collaboration has great value in teaching students why it's not a good idea to screw yourself over by taking the easy road.

The bootleg versions of AotC and Spidey are much poorer quality than you will see in the theatre.

Assuming, of course, that the theatre it is seen in is run by competent people. Although I didn't see the divx of either film, the quality of any motion picture in the only remaining theatre in my town is comparable to the divx movies I have seen -- only the sound is a bit louder (most of the time). I suppose that's what happens when a certain large theatre operator drops ticket prices to $2 just long enough to run all the competition out of business, and then jacks the prices back up. We're doing good here if the picture is centered on the screen. If it's on the screen AND in focus on the first try, well, it's time to go buy some lottery tickets.
