    Right, it goes without saying. Whenever a Christian has to go back to the Old Testament to justify anything it means he's doing something that Jesus would not be cool with.

    I was referencing Jeff Sessions who recently used old testament passages to justify caging those kids. He's going to have some splaining to do when he meets his maker.

    That's not being fair to the Trump team. They pulled off an amazing upset and they deserve credit for that. And the MVP for the team was either Comey, Putin, or Assange.

    Nice try, but even if I don't pay my doctor, even if I'm the most deadbeat patient in the history of the world, even if I cost him money and he ends up out-of-pocket for treating me, he still does not get to sell my medical history without my consent.

    There's no way you can spin this where Facebook didn't do something very, very wrong.

    They weren't supposed to share that data. If my doctor goes around telling people that I have herpes I'm going to get mad at my doctor.

    If my doctor says you GAVE me that information, I'm still going to be mad at him.

    And if he tells me one of my dumb friends consented to sharing his information and that included my information, I'm still going to be mad at him, and I'm also going to be mad at my dumb friend.

    Yeah, TypeScript is great, and so is ES2016+ The old JS from the 90s on the other hand was awful and needs to get off my lawn.

    Kotlin and Scala exists because Java is such an excruciating language to program in that developers are making languages that compile to it. Javascript used to have coffeescript that did the same but then they just fixed the language itself.

    Right, I don't see how MS is a bad guy in the sense that Comcast is a bad guy. Maybe that's just me, I realize it's an unpopular opinion around here. And FTR I use Linux and OSX about as much as I use Windows these days. I just don't see the great villainy that everyone else does.

    There's still hatred for what they did to Netscape Navigator back in the day. Even though nobody who worked there then still does now. It's un-explainable, like like a new kind of "corporate racism".

    Yes but only the people that are likely to be bees. A small-ish subset I would imagine.
