Congress created the Clean Air Act. The executive branch must abide by and enforce the law. The EPA is the executive agency empowered to enforce that particular law. The President can't just choose to ignore the law.
A more realistic car analogy: It's a bit like an average person having a fast car. They drive it to work, school, shopping, and entertainment. Most of the time it is unused, but when they are using it the extra speed is useful.
This makes it a bitch to visually detect bad solder joints also. Not only are they dimpled/mottled, the solder does not wick up onto leads like tin/lead. The leads just sort of mush down into the solder paste. Maybe this is less of a problem with the newer leadless packages, but for older SOIC packages it makes visual detection of defects more difficult.
The PDF user's manual does not specify if works with my 1975 Sears all-in-one turntable, tuner and 8-track console. You can't find that kind of fidelity anymore, at any price.
Pelosi is avoiding a vote that she feels will fail (with the current congress) because of republican obstruction to a true investigation. If that obstruction were removed the vote would move forward. Hopefully there are people informed enough to recognize this and act on it come November.
Demonstrating to citizens that *someone* in government recognizes even the president must obey the law and that the only thing preventing a true accounting is the remaining republicans in office.
Your post's enumeration of duties seems the best place to focus your efforts. Checking IDs and sign in sheets, preventing voter intimidation, and generally keeping a lid on procedure seems more important than being distracted by the possibility of a subtle electronic scam. Electronic fraud would most likely have been done to the machines before you get to see them and would be undetectable if done right. If done wrong, it will probably just look like a broken machine.
...in the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s kids got a slide rule, protractor, compass, and graphing pad.
I went to school in the 70s and 80s (in Texas) and nobody got a slide rule. It would have been cool if they did, but my only exposure was my engineer father's slide rule. Where did you go that you had such luxury?;-)

I'd say that "there" is definitely there.
I think you just described Cube Zero
And yes, the fat guy bites it hard early on.
I can still write code for 64-bit Vista that's binary compatible with NT 3.0.
Hello world! :-)
Or DavrOS. Obey! Obey!
hmmmm... maybe that's too reminiscent of Vista.

Yes, Nixon resigned. He was also pardoned by Ford for his role in Watergate.
Side note: I forgot to put quotes around 'Ford pardoned Nixon' which was quoted from the parent post.
Ford pardoned Nixon.
During the last 7 and 1/2 years, the mention of Nixon has really lost its impact.
Only Bush 2 could make Nixon look like a saintly statesman.
Someone jamming out with an abacus solo.
(later an inspiration for John Bonham)
They are politicians, what do you expect?
Free cheese, baby!
Oh, wait. I make too much to qualify for a 'stimulus' check.

*snerk*
I now have a mental image of comic book guy pointing a calculator:
"Behold the power of mathematics!"

These sizes are still useful for putting in external USB enclosures and using as a laptop backup drive (with something like Ghost).
But I still bet the Phoenix can't make smores.
It could but it would require 1mm graham crackers and marshmallows.
1 mm diameter particles are tiny.
For the common man who needs a frame of reference: This is the same length as the distance between the solder balls of many BGA IC packages.
A shiny new badge like in Call of Duty 4.
My friend said "Give up my cool weapons for a badge? No way!".
Me: "but it's so precious and shiny..."

What's the point?
Demonstrating to citizens that *someone* in government recognizes even the president must obey the law and that the only thing preventing a true accounting is the remaining republicans in office.
Or: "It may be a theory, but your religion isn't even that."
It was "12".
Almost as cool as /. UID 12.
I think that belongs to Tycho Brahe... første indlæg!
Countries must be dingo free to be included.
Either that or someone is simply mixing up Australia and New Zealand.
The triple bladed light-saber gives a closer shave.
