Good news! They're completely overhauling the loot drop system in the expansion (and the free patch update for those who don't buy the expansion will get the benefits, too).
Inferno was already nerfed into the ground nearly a year ago. You can go straight through Inferno on your first playthrough without using auction house gear (unless you're not very good at the game or extremely unlucky with drops). They added a "monster power" setting which exponentially increases monster difficulty and drop quality on Inferno (and linearly increases difficulty and reward on normal/nightmare/hell) for those who still want to grind ad infinitum.
No, because I've specifically tried that, and for memorization tasks it just isn't as effective. Especially in very large classes where directly engaging the professor can be difficult.
For any content difficult enough to require that much attention (meaning more than just rote memorization), I'd have to do that anyway, so I don't really see that as a loss.
For many of my easier college classes, I never actually read my notes, but I still took them. The physical act of processing the information and writing it down greatly helped me retain and understand it, even if I didn't go back and read them afterwards.
PS+ on PS3 is not "per console." It's per account. Exactly the same way Xbox Live Gold is. The only difference is that right now you don't need PS+ to play online. I can't use cloud storage on my account on my brother's PS3. I can only play the PS+ free games he downloads because you can play any games downloaded to that console via any purchasing method on any account on that console, which is exactly how the Xbox 360 works in that regard.
The way the features are currently implemented means that you might not notice that this is the case, but you will certainly notice when you try to play a game online on the PS4.
You're right. Times do change. And now the PS4 is requiring PS+ for all online features exactly the way MS requires Xbox Live Gold for online features.
They're going to continue using capture cards the way they always have. I don't think hundreds of 15 minute clips hosted on MS's servers and without audio commentary are going to be that useful to them anyway.
They're not using HDCP. This headline is idiotic. They're just making you pay for Xbox Live Gold if you want to use their built in gameplay recording feature. You're basically just paying for access to their servers for various services and forms of cloud storage.
This is what happens when you use genetic algorithms to design your code. It's a lot faster and more efficient, but no one knows how the hell (or even why) it works, and you end up with a bunch of garbage code that probably does nothing, but heaven help you if you try to remove it.
Maybe 3 years ago this was true, but at this point I literally know zero gamers that still run Windows XP. And I know a lot of WoW players who haven't upgraded their PCs in years. Just look at the Steam hardware survey. Windows XP is sitting at ~8% when you combine 32 and 64 bit versions.
Oddly enough Final Fantasy 3 is one of the few name brand titles. A best seller on the SNES.
It's a remake of a NES game that was only released in Japan and originally remade for the Nintendo DS. It's fully polygonal and textured. Think Final Fantasy VIII or IX for the original PlayStation. The Ouya is bad but don't sell it THAT short. Final Fantasy III is one of an extremely short list of games that actually look like they came out in the past 10 years (rather than the past 20).

So you're not a console customer on any platform. Got it.
There has to be some poor kid somewhere named "Seethreepio", right?
I only just now got the pun. I feel dumb.

Everyone knows Mos Eisley is where it's at.
NYC is not London.
They eventually created Celebration which is a more realistic take on what EPCOT was supposed to be.
This was my first thought, as well.
You say that as if being nicer would have somehow prolonged his life.
Good luck paying your bills in cash in 2013.
No, I don't know you. Also, welcome to the (presumed) 8%.

I know, I was being snarky.
I feel like this submission title has greatly lowered the bar for "habitable."
