  1. Solved it all, huh? on RIAA-Backed Warrantless Search Bill In California · · Score: 1

It's so nice to see that California has solved its multi billion dollar budget shortfall and has plenty of time to craft bullshit legislation that is obviously a gimme to the MPAA/RIAA drones that are stuffing their pockets with cash.

Schools are funded, everyone has a job, housing market is stable, health care system is awesome. Right? Nope. But hey, we need to allow no-knock warrants where someone might be committing the heinous act of burning a bunch of DVDs. Clearly that is worthy of felony charges and huge fines. The MPAA & RIAA sure think so.

Hopefully the rest of America doesn't. But Feinstein got her "recording device in theater = felony" bill signed into law. Stuff like this slips right under the radar of the average American, especially when "American Idol" is about to finish up another season. Ugh.

There are a lot of things that can cause a female to lose interest in sex. She might have a thyroid problem. Low estrogen levels. Heck, even testosterone levels (yes, women have it too) can affect it significantly.
Does she have kids? Pregnancy can really tear a woman up inside. Bladder prolapses, uterus prolapses, etc. Both can affect sex in a negative manner. She might be blaming you (the man) for 'not getting her off' but she really might be having some issues that are actually preventing her from getting off. It might not be you. :P

In order to find out, your relationship needs to have something important - communication. She needs to be able to say "Ok, I'm not enjoying sex as much as I should, so instead of casting blame I'm going to talk to my ob/gyn about it." Getting to that step is very very difficult for way too many women.

I also can't believe that Comcast is getting away with this. The days of 'early AOL' are upon us once again, except that instead of busy signals, we're getting modem disconnects. It's like the DSL ads poking fun at "web hogs" are going to be true.

Throttling, caps, and higher prices. Ugh.

I'd rather they eliminate the caps and just serve a 6mbit/1mbit pipe, unmetered. They know that most people aren't going to use 6mbit sustained 24/7. Then they could actually spend some time adding backhaul capacity. A genius idea!
