ACC: No. I want to look at it again, and also 2010, which I did with [director] Peter Hyams, and which was also quite good. I can't remember when I did last see it.
They don't have a prayer, so why not shoot for the moon?
Monday:
"Today SCO has added charges of rape, murder, and grand theft auto to its long list of complaints against IBM."
"These aren't even addressable in civil court, explains the presiding judge. SCO seems to think it can press criminal charges against IBM now. I'm going to play along for a bit, because I think the real humor has yet to come. I've heard their paralegals are researching treason and that they are thinking of accusing them of bringing Mad Cow Disease to the US."
Let me guess: W thinks that the world is running out of cheese and is launching a preemptive strike to make sure that the US controls the lunar motherload.
Actually, it's possible that is being done with government sanction. I once spoke with a high-up Microsoft exec who said that at that time (mid 90s), the Chinese government was their chief concern as far as piracy goes. According to him, they went all out by even copying the holograms on the license certs.
Definately SGI something. I think there's one Onyx and one Origin X000 (the rightmost two cabs; X meaning I can't tell what model). Could be two Origin machines, I don't know enough to tell for sure.
Since IE is so tightly integrated, won't this mean a big "Installing this software could be a security and privacy risk." whenever you install Windows?
That would be hi-larious.

Yes, you are correct.
As anyone who has had to deal with Verisign knows, this is bad news.
Let me guess: W thinks that the world is running out of cheese and is launching a preemptive strike to make sure that the US controls the lunar motherload.
You're very clever, young man, very clever. But it's turtles all the way around.
I'll laugh at the parent of this comment and of the other replies, but I won't enjoy it.
That's hardly a victimless energy source. We all know that the Sun is only able to continue emitting energy by consuming a steady stream of kittens.
Yeah, that was the impression I got.

Also, most of this "code" is just the definition of constants, so its an interface not code.
Well, for starters, no one wants the Windows ISOs...
Don't kid yourself -- it's not that organized.
Heh-Allll Rrrriiiight...
I was really hoping for builtin wireless access like in the SL-6000.

Perhaps, but in any case, you are clearly in on it.
