yes, there are many domains that point to marketbanker.com (such as adcache.com and httpads.com) those will show up in the results for a search for "marketbanker".
even some marketbanker.com pages such as their privacy statements etc...
but the main page "http://www.marketbanker.com" will never show up. it used to be #1 obviously for that search, but now you can't get it to show up EVER.
and google adsense didn't produce as much money for me, so i'll stick with pud's creation.
bloggers create thousands of well written reviews of software/hardware/music/movies/porn, and google could index it, figure out what people like and sell that data to advertisers...... they bascially own the output of thousands of wanna be writers for a drop in the bucket.
sure, a normally company to offer these services would be a horrid business model, but already profitable google only needs a few more comodity servers and probably no more techies to maintain this... why not...
plus google text ads will probably be there.
personally i use marketbanker.com to sell and display text ads (which, incidently, google has removed from their search index... monopoly anyone? that was the first "evil corporate move" i have ever seen google make.)
i bought my first cd in nearly 5 years from a street rapper in las vegas yesterday. it was $5 and is includes some of the best music i have heard in a long time.
google is already ideal... the weight of search results is not sold, just text ads.
people are already 'googlebombing' to try and get better rankings by signing up tons of domains and cross linking them all with the keyword that they want to be #1...
if the algorithm that determined how #1 is determined was public, then the best possible strategy to cheat the system could be demised... instead of paying for weight to the search engines you would be paying to web developers to make the search engine think you were #1. and as a web developer i feel that.... oh... wait, proceed.
who's going to call you? your girlfriend?! riiiight.
pfffft.

obviously the mail is kept on the ISPs server, not the end users machine. and so what if the end receiving user has to connect to 30 different servers... your ISP already has to connect to them all to get your mail as is. it would be just as fast. the email client could do all of this for you and not even show messages whose server is down. its on THEM.
right now if the company wanted to send an email out to the world it would take a while... with this system they are just sending headers so it goes much faster. the whole point of this is to reduce spam by not letting people send out tons and tons of mail at once, and if they want to THEY have to suffer the bandwidth and storage instead of the ISP.
It's a nice try, but it'll never work.
that is what natural selection said about your family, but you are here, so never count anything out.

you don't realize that IM is a form of email? you are just sending packets of text... the second someone charges for SMTP, i'll just run my own. you could just charge the end users for data transfered instead of flat monthly fee, but most wouldn't go for that.

for $5 i am willing to sample.
you obvously haven't heard of kia.
sure it would be legal according to the constitution... but the DMCA expressly prohibits this.
and how does this guy plan on marketing his new websites?
"well, i figure i'll just use my vast email lists and invite everyone to check them out... that can't be illegal, can it?"
I HIGHLY recommend Apple products.

wasn't that clause in the XP license agreement anyways.... microsoft really zinged them.
