    you must not be familiar with the Thinkpad line. They all look somewhat like that and have for a long time. Some people prefer that simple business only look. I personally try not to be concerned with outward appreance, even though Thinkpads do look dated.

    another option would be to pay the 10-15 dollar flat fee for unlimited texting that most providers have. I know that is what we use here at work because of the high volume of SMS messages generated by monitoring software.

    I know they aren't TLD's but has anyone noticed ads on tv that have URLs like www.37CreditHelp.com or www.62CollegeDerees.com I always wondered why they do that. It's kind of a red flag to me when I see that.

    I love horror movies, almost 3/4 of my DVD collection of the horror genre. But they don't really make me scared, it's hard for you to relate to the situation. Games on the other hand put you in the world. I remember when I was playing Condemned and my wife was like how could a video game be scary?. She also didn't understand "how I knew where I was going". Which showed me she didn't understand how emersed one can be in a game.

    Most small or medium sized companies can stay with XP for awhile if it is working for them. But when you get into larger companies you have to keep in mind 'how long does MS plan on supporting XP'. Most larger companies will not run on unsupported software or hardware. It might seem trivial, considering that's how most good sysadmins see xp. But, from a business stand point it's an unnecessary risk.

    I've noticed unprofessionalism to some extent using our corporate IM (SameTime). I have managers that are remote from where I am and they are high paid, and more than double my age and they do things like 'lol' and 'l8er!!' I just found it to be awkward like I was talking to my little sister.
