A consultant is worth it for aruba stuff. We have a controller with about 60 APs on multiple sites and it's rock solid. There's no way I could have done it on my own, and I'm a pretty technical dude.

There is no such thing as a winmo treo that works well! I've gone through a ton of them. Do yourself a favor, get an HTC if you want winmo, or a samsung. Those are the only sanely designed devices I've been able to find.
It's actually because people use pre-paid and sign up for junk, spamming the phone number on every application they can find. Then they dump the phone, and the next person to get the number gets the junk calls. I used to have a fax machine calling me daily because OnStar was trying to fax me something. I changed numbers:)
