I believe that SMS can carry more thatn plain text. Evidence: The flashing xmas tree sms that I received about 50 times over the last month... Normally you have to scroll up and down to view moving SMSs.. This one didn't need the scrolling.. I tried to edit the message to find any extra charaters but couldn't find any....

    Current Situation:
Someone writes a song. Let's say it takes them a week. The song becomes popular. The publishers sell 10 million copies. They make $200 million from it. The artist makes $10 million. The artist tours the world and makes another $10 million from the performances.

    My ideal situation:
Someone writes a song. Let's say it takes them a week. The song becomes popular. People around the world love the song, and 10 million copies are downloaded for free. The artist tours the world and makes $10 million from the performances.

Either way, artists are making more money from one song than leading surgeons, politicians, scientists, etc make in a year. It should be there live performances that bring in the money, not the CD sales, which should be used to promote their songs.

Can you sleep at night, Britney?? or does your conscious plague you?

(I wouldn't normally post such opinionated, non-factual crap here.. Just wanted to voice my point of view, to see what kind of response I get)
