if the tables were turned and Apple was the "big dog" it would be the OS being hacked, not Windows. suggesting another OS is nothing more than security via obscurity cause hackers will go where they can do the most damage, Windows has the biggest market share, so they get the most hits... BeOS doesn't have any viruses either...
for some odd reason they move all shows like this to Friday night, you would think by now that these show's target audience isn't home or doing something else on a Friday night...
The would rather punish GameStop for selling a used copy of a game? If DRM doesnt work, and they drive stores like GameStop out of business, then they will just drive MORE people to download cracked games...
notice that fines like these go into the gov't coffers, and never go to the hands of those that were supposedly wronged. Imagine the affect it would have on these kinds of practices if AMD was to get a large portion of the fine.

if all the smart appliances "go off" when the grid is being used less, wont that put more demand on the grid, and thus cause the price to go up?
when you (and I) were younger, pets were something you put in the back yard and fed once a day, now they are a part of our lives.
the problem with #3 is those questions are usually simpler to crack than the persons password, (ie the Sarah Palin incident last year)
