Alpine will be making an adaptor cable that allows an alpine head unit to control an iPod. That way you can stick the iPod in your glovebox and select songs to play from the Alpine's screen.
So is that the official word? That players lose the right to license their likeness when they join the NFLPA? Do they have to ask the association whenever they get thier photo taken? Sounds pretty restrictive to me and if so, you may be right that the association doesn't really represent the players.
"Well Screen Savers is going to suck without Leo or Patrick. Unless they hire Wil Wheaton. He sure made for entertaining shows when he hosted it. I really watched the show religiously until it cut back to the hour format and 'dumbed down'. Now I hardly ever watch it."
You've GOT to be kidding me. Do you think he would EVER work for G4 again?
I ran the updater on 2 macs at home and now I can't file share between them at all, cool! Now THAT is security!
I'm afraid of doing the update on my g5 office mac. I can't afford to loose filesharing, but now that the exploit is "published" all kinds of lemurs are gonna be trying to find the unpatched macs to exploit.
Hehe, I love this. He busts on party shuffle as superfluous but then bitches that iTunes doesn't have the EXACT features that party shuffle provides. Classic.
Publishing rights, not recordings. If someone wants to record a beatles song, they have to pay a royalty to jackson. So putting beatles recordings on iTunes is not jacksons decision at all.
BTW, jackson merged his "publishing" buisness that owns the songs with a sony company, then took a collateral loan against it, so if he defaults on the loan, he will probably have to sell his interest in the joint publishing business to pay it off. Which would mean that sony would own the publishing rights solely.
Matt left? Wow, the crew is really splintered now. I met them all at trade shows and although Jason and Alex were always personable, Matt was by far the friendliest to the fans.

If you are editing HD content for broadcast, it is very likely (like discovery channel) that you will be asked to shovel that content to dvd as well. With DVD SP handling the conversion, it will probably faster and smoother than if you exported from FCP to the smaller format of DVD.
I suggest you take a look at the latest machines, they are far from "glitzy plasicky [sic] crap". The G5 tower is a work of art and the current iMac is an ergonomic success.

Would that be a microsoft hegemony?
"hedge o money"?

This one would just require a ADC-DVI connector between the PC and the switch.
