There are more Phone Drivers on the road! And, the Phone Drivers are at all hours -- morning, lunch time, afternoon, evening, early morning. Drunk Drive are few and far between for me and are generally limited to late night and early mornings in my locale.

The most horrifying sight is to look in my rear view mirror and see the driver or the driver and passenger texting away on their phones while their car is creeping toward my car. God, I avoid the times when local high schools let out and these types of misfit drivers are released in mass onto the streets!

These 2 groups are the vulnerable people in UK society and are being sacrificed because the UK won't or can't spend the monies that the USA will and can.

The overall Quality is much poorer than the USA. The overall "out-of-pocket" price may be lower but the human costs are definitely lower. USA Federal Government intervention/take-over of the America health care system is the ruin of both health insurance (a la, Obamacare) and health care (restricted treatments, proscribed treatments, etc.). My Carpal Tunnel Syndrome surgery was performed in Memphis, TN. At the time of my surgery, Memphis had more MRI machines than the entire country of Canada (a 1st World Country with single payer health insurance/care). While I can't speak about Sweden's health insurance/care system, I can address the British and Canadian systems with some sort of personal experience. The reports from the MSM in the USA all seem to note that 1-payer systems are "cheaper" for the consumer but the quality is still inferior to the USA.

  25. While most municipalities have a reliable delivery system, it is delivering a poor quality water. I lived in Memphis for a while. Memphis has a pristine source that they pump through an old and deteriorating piping system that permits seepage of all kinds of "stuff" into the system. Memphis has to pump the originally, pristine water full of chemicals to kill the "stuff" that gets into the piping system before it reaches homes. All those chemical tend to make me sick. I grew up in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. The last time that I was there, the water out of the faucet smelled similar to opening a Clorox bottle. Where I live now, the water comes from a river. Not so pristine to start with but with an aging piping system and even more chemicals to clean-up the water. I still get sick. To avoid this sickness, I drink battled water or filtered water at home to avoid the problem of the municipal water systems.
