    It's worse than that.

I actively avoid updates because my carrier uses them to install new, uninstallable crap that I don't want.

And yes, I understand exactly what I'm doing when I don't accept them. I don't bank on my phone, so the worst an attacker could do is get into my social media accounts.

My carrier is a bigger threat to me than this attack.

    And he's right.

If you're paying for something that doesn't give you what you want, and something is cheaper that *does* give you what you want, a non-zero number of people will take the route of getting what they want.

Isn't the "job" of the First Family to be mindless publicity whores?

Mrs. Obama told kids what to eat for lunch. That seems on par with Ms. Trump taking a programming course.

You have the president as a family member, try to spend the next 4-8 years without a visible drug problem and maybe do something that some preschoolers can copy once in a while.

I'd say it's a very small secondary concern compared to the size of the battery.

They've proven they can do fast charging right in many models. It's not a complicated process.

The only possible reason to not fast-charge would be if your battery was crammed into a compartment far too small for it, at which point you don't "not fast charge", you fix the ridiculous size issue.
