I had to remove a key which you need to reinsert if you want to run its GUI, due to legal issues. I called it the "magicpoem" maybe you got the point now. The hex for it is around so don't mail me about it, I want [won't] spread anything illegal.

I recall in one of the cases with Apple Developers caught seeding tiger (or earlier?) over bittorrent, they matched the IP addresses participating in the torrent again logs of logins to the Apple Developer Connection website.
It wouldn't be hard to believe that Apple employees may have access to internal only websites with a login and password that could be matched up against P2P logs.
Don't count Stargate SG-1 out just yet. Though SCI FI Channel has cancelled the long-running series, the show's producers are hard at work looking for a new outlet for the story to continue, executive producer Robert C. Cooper told GateWorld exclusively.
The only thing I hate more then series I like being cancelled, is being left hanging, possibly indefinately.

When you're outside, there are a few billboards, or in the subway. It is more interesting then generic ads and to some extent they even add to the realism. Some offices have Alienware computers, but it isn't in your face.
If you don't have to interact with them and can walk right by without waiting for 15 seconds then I see no issue with minimal product placement or ads in paying MMOs. (If it fits with the game... I don't want to see laptops in WOW)
An update is required for each handheld, and to each Blackberry Enterprise Server.....
They have a plan in case they are told to shutdown until they can stop infringing the patent. The finger is over the button but only the court will press it.
AAC is not free to implement, there are several companies which hold patent claims. Google for AAC and PATENT and you should find some mention of it.

Sort of like digital signatures/signing?
