Cable companies are now raising prices on broadband services to compensate, according to the article.
I know they can sell their services at whatever price they want, but what are they trying to compensate exactly? Less people watching cable means less expenses on the TV side, doesn't it? It only looks like a cash grab to me.
...some PlayStation 2 through 4 games can use a mouse and keyboard.
My problem is the "some" parts. And with Microsoft and Sony, you're limited to what they offer. There's a lot more games on Steam than there is for consoles.
The A11 in battery-powered devices where they need to keep the power requirements low and the heat dissipation to a minimum bests some of the lower end Intel Core i3 desktop chips connected to the power lines with massive heatsinks and fans.
We have no idea what kind of A11-style CPUs Apple has in its labs. For all we know, they have "A20" CPUs that can rival quad-core Intel i7.
AR doesn't completely fill the view, they only have to display the virtual objects/environment/etc.
It also depends on the level of details they're targeting. Just because they want to use 8K displays doesn't mean the end result has to look like the best games on the market today. For all we know, they could very well use flat shading with no textures, etc. The use of 8K may only be to avoid having "pixel edges".
automatic adjective 1. (of a device or process) working by itself with little or no direct human control. "an automatic kettle that switches itself off when it boils"
So no, it does NOT mean "assistance system". And for 99.99999% of the population, it means "my car will drive itself while I sleep".
Renaming the damn thing "drive assist" will solve the problem of people not driving while in the driver seat, people thinking it's as good as in science-fiction movies and the lawsuits because people have accidents because they're sleeping instead of driving.
Tell me about it. I've seen things in my local grocery store selling at $1.19 per item that somehow magically cost $20 per item and only sold in boxes of 12 on Amazon.ca, shipping not included.
But 58 is a small handful for those native to the Alkergoifa star system.

If he had done this in England, would it still have counted as being in the passenger seat?
Why? He wasn't even driving in the first place!

There you go, champ!
They took care of that with the 2014 "update".
Or maybe they're telling us that Apple has paid in advance for all the Cannon lake CPUs Intel is able to produce right now?
Updated Mac mini and/or MacBook Air "soon"?
SteamOS?
What's wrong with Windows? Some of us like to play videogames!

As far as I know, the only time you can mix fonts is title vs main text, and even then you better pick similar fonts.
This is news because Google should have internal design specifications and they can't even follow it.
Dude, I don't come here to get extra homework.
First Commodore and now Apple. We won't have any good computer brands left in a few decades.
The older iMacs were much better, but how did they fucking work? (i.e. magnets?!)
Stop calling it autopilot, rename it to "drive assist".
It's not "Greed is good", it's "Greed is eternal". It's the 10th rule of acquisition.
Chrome on iPhone is still WebKit in the background. Or it could also be an OS-level thing.
And you don't have to buy a dumb flip-phone either. I was making a comparison between top-of-the-line, upgrade-often users and budget users.
Wall street [...] is insane.
