    If it's anything like 3 was when it came into the kernel please leave it out. 3 was only let into the kernel because reiser bitched and bitched, but it was unstable and buggy. I have been much happier with ext3.

    Gui response speed does matter, and memory usuage also matters, not everyone has a gig of ram yet.

    ok, so java is slow in the gui. You certainly aren't finding any programs that rely on heavy computation written in java. So all you have left is ?????

    Java is slow.

    The only time this is ok is when speed doesn't matter so much.

    Why would any one expect apple to put out a good mouse?

    I used to go to the apple computer at my work and get pissed of at the hockey puck mouse. My hand would quickly loose directionality. I need then to look at the mouse reorient and that would work for another minute.

    Well after that mistake they decided we didn't need mice buttons so the whole mouse moves. Instead of a simple finger click the whole arm has to move and release preasure off the back of the mouse, thus requiring a change in clicking technique for the worse. I can move a finger faster than an arm.

    I wonder how crappy their next mouse will be.

    Not quite. It's only a 300Watt RMS 12 inch woofer. I have more power than that in my car and a similar one as part of my home theater. If it was an 15 or some sort of advanced tech I might start to get impressed. But this thing won't do much in the subsonic range.

    Do you really think that the president does that by accident? If so then he's a fucking moron.

    If not, then he is trying to sound like a fucking moron, so that he can appeal to all the fucking morons. Remember 50% if the population is below average intelligence.
