Judicial review is supposed to consider the meaning and intent of the Constitution as it was written. It was never meant to apply International law or 'changing values' to it. If the values of the Nation change there is a mechanism to amend the Constitution via the elected Legislature.

Not only is Obama woefully inexperienced but his plans for spending will bankrupt us quickly AND he will appoint Justices who pay more attention to International law than to the letter and intent of the Constitution.

He preached hope and change and far left ideology to win the primaries, now he's taken a hard right turn to try and win the general election. He's Bill Clinton with far less experience, far less gravitas, and a better tan.
The only reason people 'can't get away' from their devices is themselves. I find it liberating to be able to check my email if I want to from anywhere I go. Of course your milage may vary, and you seem to have handled your own situation quite well.
If someone has a boss who expects them to constantly check their email just because they can then that someone either needs to have a professional heart to heart with the boss, or get a new job.
My employees have mobile email devices. I don't expect them to check them when they are not working unless they want to. Those who are on call can answer the phone if it rings.
There is no need for that, that's the whole point. The right way to do a transition is gradually, not abruptly. The world's economy runs on oil and weaning it from that without massive disruption and turmoil needs to take place over years, not overnight.

This is actually the best way to go to create a gradual transition from petroleum based fuels; engines that run on both fuel types. Nobody is going to be able to flip a switch and transition everyone overnight.

Unfortunately nothing in the Constitution prevents Congress from granting immunity after the fact. The SCOTUS could invalidate the new FISA bill with regards the mechanics of the wiretapping, but they can't touch the immunity clause.
You should probably try to RTFA and see that Congress is just going to pass the immunity law which will then take it out of the judge's hands unless the Supreme Court rules against it in the inevitable lawsuit. The law that they are going to pass, and trust me they WILL pass it thanks to the telco lobby, takes it out of his and any other judges' hands for the time being.
No specific action is being taken against Judge Walker. His name isn't in the bill, and Congress hasn't threatened to impeach him.
Why don't you just come out and say that you hate capitalism and that nobody should ever make any money at all for providing a value added service? At least you'd be honest.
He doesn't feed people feet first into plastic shredders. He doesn't use chemical weapons against citizens of his country. He doesn't have women raped and children tortured in front of their parents. He's going to be out of office via the normal process come next January.

Rampant spending, ill advised military operations that are governed by the State Department more than the Pentagon (if you're going to fight a war, fight it to win). I really don't care if it's.00000001 cents per taxpayer per year. SETI shouldn't be funded by tax dollars. Spend the $6 mil on enhancing the search for NEOs that might just crash into our planet.
