    Ok, your a bit thick, so I'll say it again. This is not about any think more than domain names. You want to know how I know that? Because the US doesn't have control over anything other than domain names. And even then it's very limited and already distributed amongst many forein groups.

    As for the court system, how the hell is that any different than now? Your in dream land here.

    No we are not talking about more than domain names. And no, the US constitution would block any international court jurisdiction. You would still get sued in California.

    Look at the recent Spamhaus case, where a judge ordered a domain registrar to take away Spamhous' domain, not due to squatting or spamming or violation, but simply due to Spamhous publishing opinions about who is a spammer.

    What the hell does that mean. This is exactly in line with conservative philosiphy, screw the government as a middle man, and give care dirrectly to those who need it. You realy think the Government would do anything to help this guy or others like him? No, so why should we entrust it with care. Local charities and individuals deserver our support dirrectly, not watered down by buricratic waste.

    Another good lie is the charaterization that everyone who doesnt believe in evolution is religious. Some people are just underwhelmed by the evidence, and require more than mathmaticaly imposible theories to be persuaded.

    Alot of stem cells do come from aborted fetuses, the basic issue is both side will only hold on to there end. On one side the democrats won't support any restrictions on harvesting because they dont want to in any way support weakening abortion laws, and the republicans just say none at all cause they dont want to in anyway support the possiblility of promoting abortion. And then the media talks about the issue like the president banned it, which he did not. So most people have a difficult seeing a clear picture on the issue.

    Obviously I'm not wearing body armor, which probably makes a difference, but I can't imagine that accounts for the major disparity.
    That would be where you are wrong. Body armor is very very hot, its like having a winter coat on. Go to your local army surplus store and see if they have any, even on the coldest winter nights, it's likely you will be sweating underneath the body armor. Now imagine that in 125 degree weather.

    Yes transactions can be implemented at any level, some levels require more work than others, but it can be done. And no you didn't explain why. Though you did go on a nice little anti-Mysql rant, all you did was explain why it would be more difficult to implement them outside of the DB, and that I think is something anyone informed and intelligent could agree on.

    The ability to detect light and dark has advantage in some situations (presumably liklyhood of being close to plant matter) (one light sensitive cell).


    Thats by far the simple part of an eye. The part that Behe and others would say is ireducably complex is the chemical signaling pathway.
