No, Wal Mart's return policy gives you the right to return merchandise that is defective or broken. The fact that you used all the ink up is fair indication that the printer is not broken. You said yourself to make "some lame-ass excuse." (i.e., lie about it)--That means you know full well your reason for return is outside the scope of the return policy.
You can't have it both ways. Either music is different from physical goods or it's not.
What gives you the right to buy an item, deplete it, and then return it for a refund? If a manufacturer were selling shampoo in 2/3rds full bottles, I daresay people would have a problem with you using it all, then returning empty bottles for a refund.
AG back in its heyday had a whole index of genres and how they were related. The section I made use of was the different flavors of metal (death, black, doom, etc) While this might be hard to do on a limited indie catalog, my point is, if you can say "this artist is of this genre, these artists are also of the same, have a look." and "People who like this genre often like these genres over here" It will make it a lot more informative and, dare i say it, fun to look through your catalog and see who is who

This could get very very dangerous. Imagine if some terrorists got ahold of a dish (not very hard these days) and knocked out some vital communication systems
I admit I don't quite know the exact ins and outs of this technology, but a few things do come to mind:
Wouldn't supplying substantial amounts of power through network cable (lets say cat5) make enough EMI to scramble the data going through the other pairs?
Also, would this work in situations using coax cable, where there is no other pair?
Lastly, can you put 120VAC along wires that thin without causing lots of power loss and making a lovely fire hazard?

--I would love to see photographs of these animals underwater as much as the next fellow, but it doesnt sound as if they are equipped with anything but trawling equipment. From what I gathered of the article their camera merely rides on a trawl line and records what is more or less beneath it. Also consider that with collected specimens you are able to obtain much data, including a clear idea of how the creature looks, that isn't reasonably possible taking photographs in pitch blackness at 1500 meters
For example, where I live it's illegal to have any fireworks that explode. Last night, it sounded like Beirut.
Most people get that stuff from NC, where they are legal. It occured to me that there's nothing more American than driving up I-95 15 miles an hour over the speed limit with a trunkload of illegal firecrackers, MP3s blasting through the stereo.
Where do you happen to live? Actually, (speaking as a resident of north carolina) you can't get firecracker/skyrocket/boom type fireworks here either, all you can legally buy are spark fountains and whatnot that come in shrinkwrapped packages. However, in south carolina you can buy M-80s to your heart's content, and on the state line there are many many such stores to that effect.
However in essence you're right. on the 4th, I was at the beach (20 minutes from the state line) not only in north carolina, whre there is a statewide law against exploding fireworks, BUT also in a beach with a local ordinance against ANY kind at all for fire hazard reasons. However, it sounded like Beruit.
Aussies really ought to leave this alone...They already brought in (IIRC) the cane toad from the US in order to cut down on beetles, and lo and behold, the things (which are HUGE toads, btw) started eating every damn thing they could fit in their mouths, and since they are highly poisonous, multiply like rabbits.
Moral: stop fucking with your carefully balanced ecology.
(ever notice how the msn redirect gets put back, outlook express {I've got a kixscript to kill it} and a few other annoyances every update?)...No. I've never seen the MSN redirect come back after i kill it, short of reinstalling IE totally. Ditto to MSN Msgr
For a while I was big on K'nex (k'nex pump shotgun anyone?) but I found that for all the things that k'nex did that legos didn't, I would notice something that k'nex didn't do (typically something that could be solved by 'a piece just a bit [bigger|smaller|shorter|etc]')
To address one of your comments, knex are extremely sturdy if the frames of whatever you're building are latticed and reinforced properly, but this uses a LOT of pieces.
Some of us out here in the sticks didn't have any local ISPs until the internet had gained some popularity. Guess what, if it weren't for (primarily) AOL, that wouldn't have happened.
some people type significantly faster than they write, have illegible handwritting etc etc.
Those are both issues that are correctible, unlike your Dyslexia. My handwriting is flat out horrible, but I can and do read it, and i don't expect to be able to annoy the hell out of other students because of it.
Thing is though, friend of mine who was at a state university (north carolina at charlotte) in two semseters saw maybe *one* guy taking notes in class with a laptop. I know at least two people who's parents got them laptops for college...i dont get it. Dorm rooms arent THAT small. If you can afford a laptop you can certainly afford a PC and an LCD monitor (and likely still save some money) Furthermore, how many college students type fast enough to keep up with a professor? I use computers for hours each day and I know i couldnt keep up with some of my teachers even back from highschool, and that's not even counting math classes, where the notation is entirely different.
If you've ever struggled with penile pressures you'll welcome the sensitivity and simplicity of these instruments. They are simply the best instruments for studying arterial flow to the penis non-invasively.
Yeah, cuz we've all struggled with that sometime or another...
They say on the website it is explicitly NOT for Outlook express, the most popular version of outlook. is there any way at all to get it working there?
As soon as there's a well-written app that works with or on top of programs like Outlook and Netscape, I will be excited. Until then, a huge (and likely most targeted) sector of people remains relatively un-filtered.
I store lots of mine in 128 CD (4 on a page) and 64 cd (2 on a page) soft wallets. The ones i use often get stacked on CDR spindles or free-standing in a handy spot
After seeing all these suggestions for fans, I'm surprised no one's suggested a huge copper heatsink and a vat of Arctic Silver III.
Seriously though, having a house in the shade of something else (trees most of the time) does wonders. I know it's not the greatest idea to have trees large enough to overhang a structure (not my idea, not my tree, yes limbs have damaged the roof when falling before) between the shade from the trees and the fact that none of the windows have a clear path to catch sun, it stays a good 5-10 degrees colder most of the time.

Dell BIOS's are also custom made and pared down to work with a specific set of hardware, don't forget. That optimization probably helps speed some

;P I'm guessing you meant bug fixes
Was that a freudian slip?
