    Yet Android has the serious momentum. An investment now needs to be in something likely to be worth more, not less, in the future. If Nokia's OS is going to continue to lose market share then other options need to be considered.

    Ah, so *forcing* others (whether through legislation or submitting or enforcing peer pressure) to have fewer options and so to pay more of their own hard-earned money for higher priced on-shore services and products is ethical, but creating choice for others where they can use and decide on the quality vs. price of a service all on their own is unethical.

    back in the old days when dinosaurs roamed the earth and tests were written out by hand, people who could write faster with better penmanship had an advantage in a similar way
